They know they need 60M so hopefully the smart asses won`t sell Denzel on the cheap!

Ideally club can start a bidding war between EPL clubs so dumb money can be thrown at this deal.

60m is a good starting demand price. No one's gonna pay that obviously, but it's not expected. Everyone knows we need to sell so buyers know we need to sell anyway, that's why we need to target higher price so that we will settle for a price we're still content with.

Hakimi even swap with PSG :) + 1st refusal offers for any of next 2 players they want. If we are ever batshit crazy enough to sell Barella or Bastoni.

Was he the main guy who ran over to Lautaro as he was walking up for his penalty to provoke him? Anyone know?

It seems so. And he got a red card.

I don’t think Dumfries tried to provoke Lautaro or whatever. He doesn’t seem like that type of guy to begin with but I only saw the embrace between the two of them after Lautaro scored winning penalty.

Just looked to me like Dumfries was reacting to classless cunts like Otamendi and Paredes who were provoking and goading the Netherlands players. In such case, fair enough. I’d have slapped Otamendi too.

He wasn’t provoking Lautaro, but he was the one who provoked Enzo indeed.

He didn’t need to do that imo. But he was reacting to the countless provokations from Captain Red Beard and his little girls, who where screaming on the ground the whole time.

So i can understand where it came from by Dumfries…

Nicolas Otamendi: I celebrated in face because there was a one Netherlands player, who at every penalty kick we had, was coming and saying things to one of our players. The picture was taken out of context, and we celebrated in response to it.

He's obviously referring to Dumfries.

Provocations actually started from Messi celebrating ala Riquelme in front of Dutch bench and shouting at van Gaal. That's when match started getting wild. It just peaked at Paredes challenge and after that it was out of hand. Ref, who got many things wrong for both sides, wasn't helpful either and only made things worse.

Was it Lahoz last night? If so, how does he keep getting high profile matches

Yeah. It was Lahoz. Honestly i don't know how he's getting high profile matches. His matches usually turn into rodeo and he manages to leave both sides with complaints so this was nothing new. Easily one of the worst Spanish referees. Guess he has good relationship with the "right" people.

Paredes was quite fortunate to only escape with a yellow. Not only was it a dangerous tackle, he immediately launched the ball at Dutch bench. Him and gobbi deserve each other. But yeah, terrible refereeing by Lahoz.

I don't understand Dumfries at all. On one hand, Argentinian players have been kicking him the whole second half and then they actually score 2 goals for 2-2 and he just takes it and plays on

at the end he tries mind tricks of his own, but loses his mind himself
