Opening counter should be swap for vinicius

Interisti will be going for Vini's head after two months. He is VERY selfish, has terrible finishing and also issues with his mentality. He might be a fantastic dribbler and create chances but I doubt these things would work at this side of Inter, unless you are being ironic with your point?

It's not 2021 anymore. Vini's finishing is much improved over the last two seasons. I read from Real Madrid fans often enough, and most of them love the player that he is these days. I agree with their assessments much more than this one, with all due respect.

Of course, we may have different views that is why we are here to discuss about different topics. But I do watch other matches apart of Inter as well, and Vini's finishing is still awful. People keep insisting on Lautaro's finishing being really bad, but Vini is on way worse compared to Lauti. And I don't really think Vini's finishing has made any significiant improvement. Maybe he scores more than earlier but still his percentage of wasting chances is still high to me, considering how many of them he gets per match in overall.

I have even said to my friends once we watch football together in a bar, that Leao is a superior player in overall, not because he is stronger physically than Vini, but he is also a superior finisher and less selfish. I still rate Vini because he's really good at dribbling and creating chances, but team game is much more than that.

He is obviously in the top5 strikers in the world. Even tho some of the posters here wanted to sell him 3 months ago hahahahahaha
Have you said the same for Icardi or another member? :D (ps: now I remember, Icardi was top3 in your opinion lol)

I want to keep him but still think everyone has a price. High enough or not is a different story.

After Skriniar I would not consider anyone unsellable anymore.

To me Bastoni, Barella and Lautaro should be our unsellables.
Yeah, should, I love them too. But what if one day they react the same way as our former "captain" i.e. neither extending the contract nor signing for anyone else, to earn fatter free agent signing bonus and PSG promise to double their salary?

Have that painful experience in mind, now for instance Real jumps in with a 120m offer for Martinez, would you be brave enough to decline?

Not me, sorry. Inb4 someone is saying we could freeze him out to force the transfer, no way we could afford that luxury, as Suning is broke.

But what if what if. Worry about that when that happens. Not now.

And you are mixing two different things. That club wants to sell player and player wanting to stay.

Then you should not blame Marotta on Skriniar. Already too late.

Don't get me wrong. I don't wanna sell him either but offers will come soon, after the finals. Only against the "unsellable" argument.

Unfortunately we are in position, where everyone is on the market for a right price. But for Barella, Lautaro and Bastoni, the offer should be something crazy imo. I wouldn't sell Lautaro for less than 120 mln at this point.

On one hand, if a crazy offer comes, we could sell Lautaro, but when I say that I'm too afraid that the money won't be spent the right way. We would have to be smart and get the most for that player. Selling Lautaro brings a huge hole in our attack and bringing Lukaku wouldn't be enough.

Imagine selling Lautaro for 120mil but then buying Lukaku for 60 and Scalvini for 50. Not totally sure if that would be worth it... maybe to Inter it would be? I hope not.

I don't think Marotta is stupid enough to buy Lukaku, one more year's loan and that's enough. Scalvini is 20+Fabbian. 100-120 is the right price for Lautaro at the moment.

Yeah but we would still need somebody to replace Lautaro. Firmino would be a good Džeko's replacement, but could we bring to replace Lautaro?

I would kinda rather buy Lautaro's replacement first before selling Lautaro, but that is a pipe dream :D

Pointless dicussion about Vini. Zhang will never accept counterparts in a deal. He only wants cash.
