I think this team needed some time and adjustments, and they rightfully got that in second half by inzaghi cos he didn't make any early substitutions. It's difficult to play on a high level for some of these players when they don't have regular crutches like barella, thuram lautaro etc...

Our strikers are the biggest problem right now imo. It invites all kinda pressure both to the midfield and defense when they are this useless at keeping the ball and in general doing what they should be doing.

Yep, this is a crucial part here, even darmian looks more fluid when he plays that position. He isn't useless imo, especially against smaller teams that can't deal with his physicality, but he just can't be a first option in a team with our ambitions. He would be acceptable as an impact sub though.
