Prime Perisic was under first season with Inzaghi. During Conte, he was good, but not outstanding. Lukaku was great because of Conte, same how Mkhitaryan is great because of Inzaghi. It's difficult comparison, but I'm enjoying more to watch Inzaghi's Inter for sure.
