There is no way Moratti would spend that much on Torres.

Full of BS.

Eventhough, wanting Torres or not is one issue. This case proves something sad about Inter. We don't have the same reputation among players like Milan, Barca, Chelsea etc, because we have failed to succeed in CL. And I've said before and continue saying so, if we want to win CL, we need major additions to the side and some talents. For defence two major guys and attacking talents which we lack of as beside's Ibra, there are no other strikers who could adapt againist any team in the world and still would have all his skills. Well, Adriano used to be one aswell. Suazo is something I'm looking foward to seeing though.

We need to win CL in few years time atleast, otherwise we'll become small club among the top clubs and it's going to be tough to lure best players and talents of the world to pick us instead of the English one's etc.

Ufff Tanel, Suazo rejected "Big Milan" for us and Chivu rejectd "Grande Real&Barcelona" to join us and you think that Tores transfer is something important(and I don't belive in that storry because we don't need striker), that's a bomb so he can gain respect from the fans in begining.

Spot on!!

Torres is one of the most overrated players I've ever seen. I think Atletico did the right thing by selling him and getting a guy like Forlan who can guarantee them goals.

As for us, we already have 5 quality attackers and that's enough.

I think the entire problem of overvalued players comes from the fact that too much emphasis is placed on competition that take place over a few matches, such as the NT tourneys and CL. If the whole world doesn't see that you're good, does that mean that you're bad?

we can win champions, but we are a bit clumsy at times. Against villareal we had a 2-1 advantage we couldn´t hold it. Honestly if you really think thats a dream advantage facing villreal to get to the semifinals. Against valencia we had 2-1 then last 5 minutes we let in a goal. At mestalla we had so many chances but we never put the ball in the net. Crespo should´ve got a penalty it was hands. We even fought that makes our repuatation even worse. I hope we can win this year

Agreed abt Suazo...but Chivu rejected em only cos he would get better pay at Inter

I hope Cruz stays though. He's a very good player and contributed some important goals last season.

Recoba OUT - that's all

Maybe Inter wanted Torres before they signed Suazo, I'm not sure. But I don't think that Adriano will be sold this summer.

Totally agree :D that means Suneet is wrong
We were never really linked to Torres and I think that's BS. Why pay so much on the most over-rated player when you can have Eto'o / Drogba type of player and save cash ?! besides, everybody (including Moratti) knows that spanish players are sh!t in Italy ;)
Even if some of you think Adriano will be sold, i really don't think we gonna buy a 40 mil. € forward ! Cassano is 3 mil. € ;)

I think our forward will remain the same, with Recoba leaving. Adriano will also stay - he seems to be training hard so we don't wanna miss him out if he is back on top. Hope that he won't start also partying hard again :drunk1:

Those Cruz rumours are also pure MEDIA speculations and I hate that !!! He said it many times he likes it here, he feels like a nerazzurro and he spent many time with us! I HATE THOSE ****IN newspapers who make it up! And Crespo said they are too many strikers because of RECOBA and to prevent Moratti from buying another striker (or try to get rid of Adriano LOL :D and maybe go for Tevez - because he praised him).

anyway, the only concern in our forward department this summer is to find Recoba a team :D

Im sure he was talking about star players, chivu and suazo hardly fits that catagory.

And the transfers of suazo/chivu is the exactly his point, inter always gets 4th/5th best, we never get top of the line in the mercato.

The best purchases aren't necessarily the players that have the greatest quality.

I think Suazo will be very useful to us and Chivu as well.

Sure, but they wont be a noticable improvement to the starting 11. Teams with as high ambitions as inter should improve their starting 11, not buying more subs.

What milan do or does not do is irrelevant, in case you havent noticed you support inter. Justifying a weak mercato because of what milan does is retarded.
