Cahill is one of the toughest of his kind. If he wasnt playing soccer, he would probably be playing rugby, seeing as he is of Islander descent. But boxing is his love outside of it all, hav you seen his celebrations?

The guy plays as an attacking midfielder and also as a support striker at times.

You are very mistaken about him not being strong enough. He is a more offensive, much stronger version of Lampard without the finesse. He is all about the no bullshit futbol.

BTW, there is no midfielder in the world that can head the ball like he.

We lack that one extra player still. Without Motta and Sneijder, we are ridiculous. We should have got another creative midfielder. Even a midfield of Motta, Sneijder, Cambiasso, Deco would've been perfect.

How is he doing at WHU?

The prob with Jiminez is he was almost always injured when he was with us ... but even then he has had 2-3 good matches with us, which is 2-3 more than both Mancini and Quaresma

We need to reinforce our midfield since Mancini and Quaresma are useless in our system and Muntari is not good enough to start (we are missing Motta).

Why shud we not get rid of 4 players (Mancini, Quaresma, Muntari, Viera) who are useless to us and sign 2 who are available when we have the money to buy? I am not asking to buy Xavi and Iniesta fror christs sake :wallbang: and Napoli and Udinese are not Real or Barca or Bayern who would refuse a good deal.

Well first both those players cost too much and as we saw this summer was not ready to spend large sums. Secondly we already tried getting rid of Mancini, Quaresma and Vieira this summer and guess what? They're still here because it's not that simple. Anyway I see us getting someone instead of Vieira this summer it's more realistic.
