We have to pay a lot of our loans and transfer fees this season, so I don't really know where we are getting all this money.

Realistically if Real Madrid are looking to realize a profit from the sale, the sum might be closer to 50 Million Euros, it might include bonuses.
If he does find it interesting to play With Inter, plus if Real Madrid are not profit oriented in selling.
Then the sum might be 25 Million or 32 Million Euros rising to 37 with bonuses.
This is all speculative.
If they do part ways with Kroos, it might mean that they might intend to keep Isco, who seems to be favoured by Rafa Benitez.
The method for fulfilling the sale might be two years loan with an obligation of redemption, or payments covered over many years. Or Real Madrid might be hold interests in some of the current players. Kondogbia, or Icardi. they might try to build better relations with the Club.

Inter want Ranocchia-Biglia swap? | Football Italia

Inter could use Andrea Ranocchia as part of a bid for Lazio captain Lucas Biglia, but Verona’s Jacopo Sala remains a cheaper alternative.

The Nerazzurri have been continually linked with the Argentina international, but Lazio’s asking price of €25m has proved to be a stumbling block.

Gazzetta dello Sport writes today that former captain Ranocchia could be used as part of a bid in order to bring the price down, with the Aquile in need of a centre-back.

However, the newspaper believes that if a deal proves to be too difficult then Verona midfielder Sala remains a cheaper option.

The 24-year-old’s is able to play in a number of roles across defence and midfield and has made 15 appearances for the Gialloblu so far this season.

Sala being the back up plan to Biglia makes no sense. That would be such a lazy an unneeded transfer. We only need players that will help us immediately IMO, I don't believe we'll get that from Sala.

Positions are fucked up, but the names of the players is pretty on point. Imagine us getting Vincent Koziello to play with K-Dog and somebody on the DM position. I wanna know what bandiera feels about that, Koziello is a very Modrić like player, isn't that kind of player we are in dire need? (But having two young CMs playing in a different league is probably not a great idea)

Kroos , Biglia , or Pirlo had creativity and mentality ,, they are absolutely class player..

Whoa, don't go too far there. K-Dog is still too soft in his tackles, I wouldn't say Medel is worse than him, even tho I do not rate Medel as a tackler.

How exactly is he soft? He's not Krychowiak, but he's a pretty damn good tackler.

Medel is way worse than him, Medel's tackling is average at best.

Medel can't be our starter DM if we want to compete for Scudetto next year.We definitely need an upgrade over him.
Xhaka is a great player and i would want him in here but as our creative midfielder.A trio of Brozo-Kondogbia-Xhaka in midfield would be too soft.Especially by Mancini's standards.
PSG wouldn't sell Rabiot so no point talking about him.I'm not interested in taking a player on a straight loan.
I agree about Casemiro.He would be a good choice.

Kondogbia and Xhaka are amazing defensively, a big improvement over Medel and Melo, they're 188cm and 185cm respectively, Xhaka in particular is a fucking tank. Brozović's workrate is pretty damn good and he's a solid tackler.

In fact the only problem with a Kondogbia-Xhaka-Brozović MF is that it's too defensive. We would need someone more offensive in place of Brozović, although Brozović hasn't been bad in more advanced positions, maybe he can keep it up.

Yeah, exactly, he does just too little for my taste, his defensive non-contributions have been on my mind since we played the first friendly with him in the line-up. Either he adds some steel and guts to his game, or he should work on his positioning and timing. Too many times he poses no danger to the attacker, they run through him too often for my liking

You may have not seem them, but he has been the best tackler of all our midfielders by quite some distance, it's not even a contest.
