Should be okay for Man City if they truly want to get rid of the player. After this season, his value in their books is a bit less so the asking price should be lower next summer.

I'm pretty certain we won't buy 30m€ CB in this window, unless it's again some kind of cheesy loan + redemption. If that 30m€ is even enough for Mangala.

Mangala is a brainless CB though. Makes tons of mistakes, though has great physicality. Not sure this is the kind of defender we need. If they cost the same, I would much rather prefer Maksimovic.

Maybe we should check how Nastasic is getting along in Bundesliga. Always rated him.

Wouldn't mind Blind. Very versatile, and good with the ball. He could solve both our issues at DM as well as provide cover to the CBs.

There's rumor that Valencia is trying to buy Fabian Schar for 10M to replace Mustafi. If that's really his price I don't know why we don't go for him. Quality player and cost about the same as all other defenders we're after.
