I've seen tonali outmuscle alot of players bigger than him. He has such a good mix of skills and I bet he develops in attack, because he is not able to do much with brescia. One of the few players worth the overpay.

I was going to say this. His ability to shield the ball with his body and make the extra pass was very bullish from what I saw. He’s definitely more physical than you guys are assuming, he’s not a pushover at all!

Apologies, wrote that without being clear. Tonali/Brozovic/Barella can rotate for the two center spots in the line of 4, and have enough running to make up for Eriksen's apparent laziness, letting him sit inbetween midfield and the strikers.

But the odds of using that formation are extremely low. If that's the only time Eriksen will be playing, then his odds of being an important player for us while Conte is around are low. And I'm not sure who will outlive whom, and Eriksen cannot afford the waiting game during his prime.

CdS: Tonali 'open to Inter move'

Inter are reportedly working on a deal for Sandro Tonali after receiving ‘strong approval’ from the Brescia midfielder.

Inter face competition from Juventus for Tonali, but Corriere dello Sport claims Inter are ready to push through negotiations. As per the newspaper, the 20-year-old has intimated that he is open to joining the Nerazzurri.

With that in mind, the Beneamata would be preparing a package similar to the one they signed off for Nicolo Barella last summer. They committed to paying €50m for Barella but through a €12m loan with a €25m obligation to buy and €13m in bonuses. Brescia owner Massimo Cellino has a similar valuation in mind for Tonali, but the coronavirus pandemic could force him into accepting a lower price.
