We also want Kovacic, possibly if we manage to get rid of all the deadweight. The Rafinha 2018-2019 recipe. The one that failed, yes.

I wouldn't say that the Rafinha deal failed. Infact IMO it worked out the best way possible for Inter. We got the kid on loan, his creativity played a vital role in our CL qualification, and thankfully we did not have the funds to spend 40m on him as he is severely injury prone.

I would love more such deals. Though Kovacic these days is at best a bench player for us. How the tables have turned, who would have imagined 4 years ago that Kovacic may become Brozovic's lil bitch for club and country!

Joao Mario's price is around 18m. Tough to find it.

Dalbert's is probably around 10m. Doubt we can find it, probably a loan + obligation of 8m.

Don't see Candreva leaving. Or Gagliardini.

Barbosa's price will be around 15-18m as well.

For Vecino we may be surprised, but it should be within 25 and 35. We are waiting for the Copa America in hope that it inflates his price.

Miranda will leave for 5-8m for Brazil more likely.
Valero may be sold for peanuts (2-3m) if he accepts to leave.

Then we have Perisic and Icardi.

Yea that’s more accurate than my numbers haha but if we Can get 60 mill we can definitely do something.

Rafinha 2018-19 failed. We waited until all the moves were made and they hadn't. We didn't make a proper bid.
We loaned Rafinha during the 2017-18 season.

Turkish media is less reliable than Greek media.
Greek media is severely less reliable than Italian media.
Italian media is not reliable.
Do the math.

Turkish media are absolute joke, as soon as dzeko landed in Istanbul for his holiday couple of days ago they started posting how everything is done between him and fenerbahce. They are on the same level as those people who constantly write come to besiktas, come to fenerbahce on social media, and there is probably some kind of weird connection between the two.

So those elmas rumors as soon as I saw it I took it with the grain of salt.

I am not a frequent poster here, but as a Turkish fan, I want to say a couple of things: Do not EVER believe Turkish media. NEVER. Turkish papers are worse than tabloids.

In Colombia there are reports we want Cuadrado hope not I don’t want any 30 year old players regardless of who they are. Everyone we are linked to is a 6 month patch and a 1.5-2.5 year headache/golden handshake waiting to happen

You can't have a team of all players under 30 years old and expect to win anything. With Miranda, Perisic, Candreva, and Valero all likely on their way out, the only players over 30 in our squad are: D'Ambrosio, Asamoah, Dzeko, Nainggolan, Ranocchia, and the goalies. That's really not a significant amount. We can afford one or two more veterans.

All the over 30 players you just mentioned on our team don’t play and are a waste of high wages. D’Ambrosio being the expection bit he is a midtable team starter not good enough for Inter.

We will only have a limited budget spending it all on players who won’t be good in a year just isn’t smart.

If we could have Signed Messi and Ronaldo and instantly be better then Juve sure but Roma’s trash won’t make us better then Juve

Swear those players "who don't play" make up half our first 11 on a regular basis

And that’s the problem. People always say they are coming here to be rotation pieces but then end up starting most matches and sucking anyways. I’d rather avoid them all together.

Not saying you’re necessarily wrong but Liverpool did win without starting a single 30 year old yesterday.

Obviously its that time where we start getting linked with a lot of players and the majority won't come to fruition and the latest name we're being linked to is Van de Beek. God how I would love him in our team but probably won't happen but his agent is apparently in Milan to speak with us. 50 million is how much Ajax want

Just as a check, who would you guys prefer - SMS or Barella? Assuming that SMS will cost a bit more.

Conte will not be satisfied with us only signing Barella. He probably wants a strong presence, possibly why we were linked to Partey.

It might not be easy but it would be great to sign both Barella & SMS. I would not be content with only Brozovic, Nainggolan & Barella/SMS. I think that we need 4 quality midfielders, with few more quality squad players. SMS is an all-round quality midfielder and he would be good for us with aerial duels as well.

Brozovic, Barella, SMS, Nainggolan, Gagliardini, ?? should be great.
+1. If we have that kind of money for Modric/Rakitic, better invest in SMS than paying 10m/year to a player just looking for a fat paycheck. I can only think of Gündoğan, but I expect him to extend his contract and stay at City. However, reports have been contradictory - depending on the source.

In Turkey they say it for sure: Elmas will go to Inter for 11 million euros

Eljif Elmas will be an Inter player. The news is reported by the Turkish magazine Boxer, according to which Fenerbahçe, through the mouth even of its president Ali Koc and coach Ersun Yanal, would have given immediate confirmation of the transfer to the Nerazzurri of the young Macedonian midfielder for the sum of 11 million euros , an offer that cannot be refused by the Istanbul club. Elmas, we read again, in the coming days will travel to Milan to undergo medical visits and sign the contract with Inter.
I think this might be a move to sweeten a deal for Lazio [SMS] or Fiorentina [Chiesa]. However, I`m not sure we would waste 1 NON-EU slot for this. In case we are about to keep him, hope he`s not the next Emre Mor.

Some more details emerged on our midfield-signing (C) of French U17 team:

France-U17-v-Slovakia-U17-UEFA-U17-Elite-Round-1559096072-1024x768.jpg

He can play both in front of the defense or a mezzala (attacking midfielder) and they call him the “new Pogba” in France, such a cumbersome comparison. In February 2018, he was named player of the month by Clairfontaine, the reward that recognizes not only accomplishment on the pitch but also behavior off of it as well as school commitment.

The next chapter for him is to go to a new country where he will start training camp with Inter first team and then Antonio Conte will decide whether Agoumé is staying with the senior team or it would be better off sending him to the Primavera.

There was a story suggesting that Conte has given the yes to sign Nicolo Barella at Inter but he wants a star player in that department as well and will not accept Barella is the only signing.

According to Sport Mediaset, per Conte’s request, Inter have returned strongly on Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Juventus-Lazio negotiation is ongoing and there is even an agreement between the Old Lady and the player himself. Inter, however, seem determine to overtake the Bianconeri in this case. Word on the street is that there was contact between Inter and the player’s representatives in Madrid.

There is a concrete interest for Van de Beek, Ajax asks for 50 million, the next moves are studied
there would be no problem for the footballer as he earns little at Ajax, of course there is competition and in any case it could not be an imminent operation, because there are also some exits to do in that department, preferably by June, where the attention will focus on those operations that can guarantee capital gains and therefore Dzeko, Kolarov and Barella

I was just reading about this, and majority of the ajax fans are saying he is not ready, and they would be more than ok with the 50 million deal for him.
