Why would we include Pinamonti? I mean what difference does it make? He will be bought by Genoa for 18m€ and we can buy him back for 20m€. So what's the point buying him back for 20m€ and then add him to the deal for 20m€? Unless Cellino specifically request the guy, which I seriously doubt.
The point is we add him for e.g. 25m cash reduction, isn't it? Why must be 20m?

If we buy him back in the same window for 20m€ and he's been basically a flop in Genoa, how Cellino would accept even higher valuation for him?

Okay, one could argue that by us not including any buyback clause, the value could be higher. But I really doubt anyone values Pinamonti for 20m€ now, not even as a makeweight.

Really rooting for the purchase of Tonali. I like his combination of aggression, creativity and awereness. With Tonali, Sensi and Barella we will have a young, Italian midfield for years to come! And with Brozovic and Eriksen aproaching their best years, things are looking good in the centre of midfield. Its been a long time.

20m in pure cash is =/= 20m in fake plusvalenza. Brescia could help us to pump Pinamonti value, similar to what Rube did with Roma in Spinnazzola - Pellegrini swap.

How's that? It would still be 20m€ or even more in Brescia's balance sheet so how's that good for them?

Bresica don't care about FFP as they never compete in Europe. They care only about total profit for Tonali transfer. So, for instance:
1/ we sell Pinamonti for 20m and Brescia sell Tonali for 50m.
2/ we sell Pinamonti for 25m and Brescia sell Tonali for 55m.

Assuming the contract-length is 5 year. In case 2 we sustain slightly more amortization cost (1m extra) for this year but we get a lump sum for Pina, allowing extra 5m +-plusvalenza for FFP calculation. For Brescia the two cases are the same so they wouldn't mind helping us.

I don't understand that. They get 30m€ cash and in books they get 50m€ but also Pinamonti to their balance sheet valued 20m€. How that is useful for them? To have 20m€ young player in their balance sheet who they can't get rid of to cover that value? I don't see FFP having anything to do with this.

“Covering value” or balance sheet is only important when you make FFP reports annually dude. Brescia only needs profit overall to survive, that’s all. They dont need to care about Pinamonti value specifically if they get compensated equally for Tonali.

It doesnt help them, but no harm either, but it helps us, massively.

You can see that we did similarly with a bunch of random youngsters in the Bastoni deal. Bettela for 7m for instance.

Why Pinamonti should accept a transfer to Serie B team?

Guess it's fine then. If the case is they cannot get much more than 30-35m€ in cash in anyway.

Why Pinamonti should accept a transfer to Serie B team?

Yes, that's the biggest issue. Same goes for Esposito. I doubt he wants to go to Serie A (there's already issue with his extension). Pinamonti for sure after 2 years in Serie A won't accept any move to B.

I would offer them Esposito and Agoume on loan for one or two seasons. I think it will be good for both teams and mostly to the players.

But how many millions that would be worth? Can't be many to be honest.

The latest reports suggest we offered 35M+5M in bonuses while Cellino wants 50M. I believe that with an offer of 42-43M+bonuses+loan of Esposito&Agoume should be enough.

Tonali is one important piece Marotta needs to get to enhance our midfield.

Sky Italia: Sandro Tonali would like to join Inter. Talks ongoing between Inter and Brescia to find an agreement for the Italian midfielder.

Might need to get his shirt if the deal happens, and if the next season's shirt is good of course. :D
