You aren't missing anything cuz he's super average like you said. As a laftback even another Argie Jonathan Silva is better than him who's currently playing in Spanish SECOND DIVISION.

Tenacity.

Very consistent, tough tackler and defender, good in the air despite his short frame and light weight. Can also fill in at LCB. I don't rate his offense much though.

That's what my worry is. If his offense isn't that good, why are getting him? Our WBs need to provide something in attack, specially if we want to spend money to reinforce that position.

I am still on the fence does it even make sense to put resources to improve LWB if we aren't putting Hakimi money and getting Hakimi level. And still it's questionable does it improve our game as much as reinforcements elsewhere.

Darmian is the super exception. Even then he's still a back up to Hakimi. And he's right footed (plenty of those around). Can you name another?

No one seem to have mentioned Singo from Torino. Dude playes on the right and was a beast against us and also against Juventus. Anybody else who have watched him play? I bet he could handle one of the CB roles but he usually plays on the WB and is 190cm which is crazy for a wingback

Exactly hell Ashley young was a great signing. For 1 season. We shouldn’t have extended him but for the first half season he was great

Conte never even coached at Manchester United. This is so bizarre to me, his fixation with their players.

I wonder if it leaves Man Utd fans wishing he'd been hired there. His love for those players and the performances he's gotten from a lot of them...who knows if they might've somehow won a Premier League trophy with him. Probably not given Man City's overwhelming dominance around that time, but who the hell really knows, I guess.
