I just grow very frustrated that the situation at the club is clearly shit and the fact you can barely find an ounce of positivity here makes it even worse.
Personally, I dont give a fuck who we start the season with as our strikers. We’re the defending champions we still have a lot of quality players the loss of two players can never make me believe we haven’t got a chance in retaining the title no matter how important they were. If Lille can win ligue 1 and Leicester city can win the premier league then theres not a single reason for me not to believe this side can’t defend the scudetto.
The thing that really saddens me with the situation of the club isn’t that we lost Lukaku and Hakimi. We’ve lost better players in the past its not the first time it happens nor is it the last. I’m really disappointed in the manner we lost them. It sends a bad message to the players who are still im the club. Whats even worse is the fact that the current owners see us as a business and don’t match the same
ambitions i have for the club. Thats whats sad.
I’d be lying if I say I dont want us to be competing for the champions league in the next few years and I really believed we were close. Now we’re definitely a couple steps back.
Just the general confusion about the clubs ownership is depressing enough. Who knows that the ones that come next aren’t worse.

I agree that there is a lot of negativity on this forum, but it's hard to stay positive during the past few weeks. The transfers itself I can understand if we need money, but if we need money, we shouldn't blow the money on sub-par players. I would rather have them sell Lukaku and Hakimi and replace them with loaned players. Save and invest the money in our financial situation to secure a better future. We still have a very strong core in defence and midfield, we will get a top 4 spot easily.
The fact that I'm reacting so negatively on Dumfries is because I was already saying during the euros that his 2-3 great performances will trick a team into buying. Of course we are the team being tricked... That irritates me a lot
That being said, Dumfries is not completely useless, he's just not really talented. His determination, stamina, pace and strenth are worth something, but people will be smashing their head through the wall on many occassions as well.
I hope he doesn't come, I rather play Darmian in combination with a loaned player (I would even try for Florenzi).
But if he comes, I'll support him like I have always supported any Inter player. If he comes, he's one of us and I hope he'll do the best he can.
