Rumours we've to make a 60mln net positive on the market and reduce costs by 15%, how the fuck do we sign dybala?

Theyre nothing alike. Immobile is more mobile, Jovic is a straight poacher. He's more similar to icardi actually.
Okey 😂

So nothing alike? Both have almost exactly same movement in the box with that small drop back and settle movements to find space to score. Both are almost exactly same build (Immobile 185cm, Jovic 182cm). Both can control the ball back to goal and pass the ball. Both can make those little tribbles before they shoot.

Sure Immobile is more mobile if Lazio are not in posession, but mainly play exactly same way like Jovic when he moves inside the box. See both players score on open play…

But you are right there are similarity with Jovic and Icardi, but I see similarity in Icardi and Immobile too (that eye for goal I was talking earlier), but Immobile can also tribute out side of box if needed as can Jovic. Oh and Icardi did that also when he played with Palacio some games, but he mostly played lone striker so he was best used to stay central line.

Both Jovic and Immobile can actually beat their man on one/one and has good balance and what Lautaro lacks.

In Inzaghi tactics Immobile and Correa had more freedom to move but Immobile bread and butter is to get to position where he can score (find that space with little drop back) and what I have seen Jovic play, I think he can do similar job… In Frankfurt Rebic and Haller was used to be more mobile role and try to get Jovic more space but some games they switch roles with Rebic and Haller to run in the channels and Jovic made runs on the side.

Immobile and Jovic are also pretty acrobatic and they can score similar way not just tap-ins…

But my original point was that Immobile was labelled as a ”flop” after Dortmund, Sevilla and loan back to Torino, but was a diamond in the rough… like Jovic can be and that was my one of my points.

My main point was that we need a player or two who has EYE FOR A GOAL and I don’t care if they are little more mobile or not, but can put a ball in the goal! So any type mobile or not Immobile, Icardi, Jovic, Suarez, Darwin, Cavani, Lewandowski, Benzema… we need that guy who can score and we have enough second or supporting forwards…

And no I don’t see Scamacca or Raspadori or Dybala to solve our scororing problems if we don’t get that main scorer that guy who can find those spaces where they can score.

I thought Lautaro could do that, but I was wrong and Dzeko is drifting some reason out of the box and play as a playmaker or something…

I still have small hope that with Lautaro-Correa can find some kind of chemistry or understanding with each other and can make more trouble to oppisition defence and score more?

Dybala was an elite forward till 2018. In the last 4 years he has been very inconsistent and he has spent more time injured than on the pitch. He's a massive gamble.
That's not fair, his position/role was changed to accommodate Ronaldo (understandably so). You know this. Yet you leave it out to fit your narrative.

Dybala is a massive gamble sure, but name me one forward we're linked with who wouldn't be a "massive gamble"? Dybala has averaged 36/37 games a season last 4 years. If he can guarantee approximately that in the next 2 years albeit with a slightly improved production (min. 15 goals + 10 assists, courtesy of Inzaghi-ball) then it should be considered a worthwile investment

There's no narrative. I generally like Dybala amd i think he could be great in our system but there are some facts i can't lightly ignore. Since 2018 there was just one season he had double digit goals in Serie A.

2018/19: 5 goals
2019/20: 11 goals
2020/21: 4 goals
2021/22: 8 goals

People blamed his decline on Ronaldo (same way they blamed all Juventus problems on Ronaldo) but things aren't much better this year.

As for his fitness issues the average number looks a lot better because things have deteriorated a lot in the last two seasons:

2018/19: 33 in squad out of 38
2019/20: 35 in squad out of 38
2020/21: 24 in squad out of 38
2021/22: 23 in squad out of 32

There's a pattern in the last two seasons we can't turn a blind eye to.

All the forwards we have been linked with are gambles. The difference with Dybala is if he doesn't work out we're stuck with a massive salary that will be impossible to offload in a time we're desperately trying to cut costs.

Rumours we've to make a 60mln net positive on the market and reduce costs by 15%, how the fuck do we sign dybala?

There have been so many conflicting reports. Pedulla claims we want to sign Dybala regardless what happens with Lautaro while Di Marzio claims we need to cut costs to afford Dybala. Let's wait and see who's right.

I still hesitate with Dybala coming and I can only see any sense of it if two of Sanchez, Correa or Lautaro leave and we get atleast one actual goal scorer and use Dzeko as a sub.

Do anyone know have Lautaro and Dybala played same time in national team and if they have, how did they do?

I think this is the biggest question can Lautaro and Dybala play together? Do we have the money to sit one of them in bench and are they willing to sit on bench if they don’t function together?

Then we get to that Dybala injury history talk…

By the way I’m eager to know would FIF members willing to pay €80m for Lautaro if he would not play at Inter?

He's been Juve best player this season (or at least in the conversation). He's lacked consistency and form but we all know full well what Dybala even at 85% can do for us in terms of creativity, flair and assists. The problem with your stats is that they dont tell us how far he was playing from the goal. Playing under inzaghi (closer to the goal) and with penalties he'll easily hit double digits. We shouldnt worry about that.

You got me there.

Fact is we have been constantly linked to Dybala.

Big earners Vidal and Sanchez will be offloaded. I`m 99% convinced Inter will sign Dybala this summer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport wrote today: Beppe Marotta knows that he is under tight financial restrictions this summer when it comes to building a squad that can win Serie A and go further in the Champions League.

He is a great admirer of Paulo Dybala and is very keen to bring him to Inter. It became clear in recent weeks that Paulo Dybala will not be renewing his deal with Juventus.

Inter must first part ways with Alexis Sanchez whether that be through a transfer or by buying him out of his contract which has a year remaining.

Then Beppe Marotta will offer Paulo Dybala the maximum salary that he can under the club guidelines which is €7-7.5 million per season including bonuses.

Time to open his thread? :p

Why offloading Lautaro to get Dybala, or maybe Sanchez .

Better offloading Correa, than Lautaro or Sanchez for me.

Juve spending an absolute shit ton and overhauling the squad while inter have to keep selling to buy and Milan lose their best players for free.

Sounds fair.

I still think Correa should play alongside Lautaro when he plays.

Rumors have us linked with Memphis depay

Inter's interest on Depay (and Pjanic) is coming from trash Catalan papers that throw random names as counterparts for a potential Lautaro move to Barcelona. Depay and Pjanic are just the new Semedo and Firpo.

If last summer taught us anything it's the fact Inter only want cash and they aren't interested in counterparts.

Pjanic is ok for backup of Brozo, but he has fat salary and Barcelona actually are trying to get rid of him. So, he has no value in such a deal.
About Depay - I think he can be useful for us. He has dribbling and pace and we lack such a forward.

There are few former Juventus players I despise more than Pjanic. Seeing him in our shirt, while a shell of his former self, would disgust me.
Yes, I hate him too but not so much as Cuntdrado and Bonucci.
Just saw that Matic is free agent in the summer. I know that he will be 34 soon, but will be much better backup to Brozo than Pjanic imo. Don't know what salary he will demand though.

Pjanic...is a panic buy, just say no. Moreover, being "bundled" with Depay means that Pjanic is an over priced POS.
