Pasqualre Guarro reports Inter have informed Sassuolo we will pay at max 20-25m€ for Scamacca.
That’s clearly a downgrade for me from the current strikersThe best option is Gianluca Scamacca(Edin Džeko) & Paulo Dybala(Joaquín Correa), Satriano and Esposito for the 23/24 season instead of Dzeko and Correa
Fucking finally. Scamacca isn't worth more than that.Pasqualre Guarro reports Inter have informed Sassuolo we will pay at max 20-25m€ for Scamacca.
I will set my expecations based on the state of club. If we can't afford bigger names I'm gonna be totally ok with that scenario. In fact that's how the club should operate if they can't afford to spend big. That's always the case indeed. Don't get me wrong, i wouldn't like to sell Satriano also. But it's the reality we need money. And if it can be a solution to sell youngsters instead of our topplayers, i wouldn't be against it. It would be smart if we can include some bay-back clause tho.
And let's make the fictional assumption Satriano would be our 4th choice striker. Correa is extremely injury-prone and Dzeko is old. Would you be comfortable with a duo of Lautaro - Satriano or with Satriano as first bench option? It would be extremely risky for a team that has Scudetto aspirations. I'm not saying we shouldn't include youngsters in our team, i really believe we do. But it's a different matter with central strikers than with midfielders our wingbacks imo.
Lautaro is a very cheesy striker who has serious problems with chances, he's not fast, not tall, not smart, no passing, no long-range shot, selling him for £60m is very lucky. That’s clearly a downgrade for me from the current strikers
Might be true but replacing him with Dybala and Scamacca and expect instant serious improvement from day 1 with winning the scudetto and making a decent cl push while they backups are pure youngsters is more than risky for meLautaro is a very cheesy striker who has serious problems with chances, he's not fast, not tall, not smart, no passing, no long-range shot, selling him for £60m is very lucky.
I meant that next season Dzeko and Correa will be 3-rd and 4-th forwards, but in 2 seasons Esposito and Satriano will be there and they will get + - experience and can shoot.Might be true but replacing him with Dybala and Scamacca and expect instant serious improvement from day 1 with winning the scudetto and making a decent cl push while they backups are pure youngsters is more than risky for me
Belotti, zapata,Muriel, Beto, Simeone jr, Haller even Pinamonti etc could be good option beside Scamacca. Let Satriano improve his senior career somewhere. so far He is still lacking match caps on senior level.I will set my expecations based on the state of club. For a club that keeps bragging about lack of money the priority should be to offload the aged deadweight or any deadwood who earn a lot but don't live up to the salary they earn, not sacrifice their youngsters whose current price will be something around the gross salary of someone like Vidal.
Really hope we are not so stupid to sell Esposito outright. We can sell him, but i hope we always include a buy back clause.Gazzetta dello Sport: Basel has the right to buy Esposito for 8 million, but Inter have another option: pay the Swiss 1 million as a bonus and then listen to any offers and sell at a higher price or include the striker in the deal.

100% correct but there is no chance Raspadori would earn 1.5 for 5 years without any new contract in the meantime. So eventually they cost the same in that time period or even Raspadori would cost more but he has more potential atm and much more younger.Dybala = 7m net ask = 14m gross pa x 4 year contract = 56m total cost over 4 years (14m pa)
Raspadori = 30m transfer fee + 1.5m net wages (double of what he earns today) x 5 years contract = 45m total cost over 5 years (9m pa)
Just an estimated model of what these players could potentially cost ie Dybala isn't really "free".
