Today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport: Inter are exploring the possibility of including Pinamonti in a deal for the 21-year old Raspadori in order to reduce the fee involved.

Raspadori is known to be a target for the Nerazzurri, with some links considering him to be a potential replacement for Lautaro Martinez should the Argentine depart. However, Inter are thought to be considering bringing in the Italian while also keeping Martinez, with a view to making him the third- or fourth-choice option behind Martinez and Lukaku.

Chilean Alexis Sanchez is thought to be in Simone Inzaghi’s plans for next season as a key option in attack, but has suffered from recurring injuries during his time in Milan. Accordingly, having a fourth quality player to rotate in the forward areas is a priority for the Nerazzurri in the transfer market, and Raspadori is regarded as an ideal candidate.

Pinamonti’s inclusion in a deal could tempt the Neroverdi into dealing for Raspadori’s transfer, as he would be a direct replacement at the Emilio-Romagna club in addition to the club receiving a fee.

Even if he doesn't pass Inzaghi's preseason training, you can rent him out and use him in other deals, it's still will be a good transfer.

I don’t really watch River Plate but he is one of their top scorers ever. Think he is 24/25. Half owned by Athletico Madrid. Free is nice. He is white so hopefully “has an Italian or Spanish grandma like all the River players usually magically have”

He's not one of, he is the top scorer in River Plate history.. with just 56 goals Poor fuckers are probs getting their players poached by European teams before they can score any more then that.

That said, I read a quote somewhere that made it sound like this "interest" from us was actually nothing more than his agent asking Zanetti what he thought about his client. Which is the football equivalent of me sending an unsolicited dickpic to a famous actress and claiming she wants to sleep with me.

I find that hard to believe with the likes of Labruna, Onega, Pedernera, Moreno and Di Stefano playing there long before Europe poached their players. Even Francescoli should have more.

Yesterday the agent Beppe Riso leaved Inter HQ and said that there is a new name. According to FcIN it's Petagna. Inter is searching to swap a midfielder for him, probably Vecino or Gagliardini, both already coached from Spalletti.

Keita had the only good season of his career under Inzaghi but i am still reluctant to take him. He seems to be in massive decline in recent years and i consider him more of a Lautaro backup than a Lukaku backup.

I'm not a fan of Petagna but we really need a backup striker. If we can offload deadweight like Vecino while filling a role we've needed for the past 2 seasons ill be fine with it.
