Raiola..Pizzaman?
Raiola..Pizzaman?
Loan + option to buy still valid?Thankfully Palacio has gone to Brescia in Serie B, ruling out a return here.
Agree but in those instances Inter had no business entertaining those signings, for the most part they were previous flops or had behavioral issues, lacked serie a experience, etc. Correa's only problem is that he lacks consistency, but given the lack of options he's a suitable player for us provided we can keep the price under 30M.Has it actually ever worked for us when we listened to the coach? In most cases the players ended up being flops when we decided to listen to the coaches. From Cuper, Mancini and Mourinho to the recent examples of Mancini's second stint, Spalletti and even Conte to an extent. The examples are countless. The directors should do what they think best regardless what the coach thinks.
Largely agree but then there are players like palacio and lukaku. It's a fine balance. I think mainly if the manager is demanding a player who is in obvious decline etc we shouldn't go near it ala radja. We need to be smart about it. At least correa is still young but I'm not sure he's inter quality. He is dangerous though.Has it actually ever worked for us when we listened to the coach? Correa is 27 so he isn't that young. I don't think he can be much better than he already is. He has, more or less, reached his peak which is 8 goals in a season.Largely agree but then there are players like palacio and lukaku. It's a fine balance. I am not overly excited with either Correa or Thuram. Correa brings unpredictability to our game and he has already worked with Inzaghi but he's inconsistent and too wasteful. On the other hand, Thuram would be a risk as he would be coming from another league and he's a wing forward so i have my doubts if he can be a good fit in our system.
If Correa was available for around 20-25m i would be in favor of signing him. But if Lotito insists on asking 40m for Correa, then i would rather take a gamble with Thuram who's 3 years younger and has potential.
when Inter got interested.I was under the impression the whole time that he was available for 25+bonuses?
When has the price gone up?
Thuram is a beast. Just get him and train him for striker or wingback position, like what Juve did for Chiesa.
No, I am not. I left there and have been living in Norway for two years lol.Honestly not impressed with Thuram. But since you’re living in Germany, please give some insights if you can.
That's the price Inter are willing to pay. Lotito asks for around 40m. It's mentioned in this article.I was under the impression the whole time that he was available for 25+bonuses?

I wouldn’t mind Correa as the 3rd option. He would instantly become the best dribbler in the team and could do a good job linking midfield to attack, which is more important in Inzaghi tactics.Correa is by far the least compelling name we've been linked to.
