Honestly Dzeko is fine as a sub but replacing Lukaku hell no. only Vlahovic at this point will do.
Lautaro Vlahovic and Sanchez Dzeko. not bad eh?
I usually prefer to have the mix of experienced players and younger talent, so normally I would like the above mix. But in the situation Inter are in now, I would prefer we go after younger 4th striker instead of Dzeko. Dzeko will not be available on a free, will have zero resale value and will demand a big salary with at least 2-3 year contract. Even if he contributes this season, which is not a given, he will surely become a "Nainggolan" by next season.

I much rather Inter spend 30m on a kid like Raspadori. He will come for lower wages, he has obvious talent so I can see his market value going up. With our financial situation, we need players who could be sold in the future for funds.

If Raspadori is too risky, maybe go after Jovic (loan + option).

How does Martial make any sense? I don't rate him at all. Does he even know how to score?

Stats say his best season in EPL he had 17 goals. Next best ones 11 and 10 goals. Doesn't sound convincing. Of course everything depends on the price but if it's anything close to 30m€, wouldn't touch.

Martial is an absolute shithead. I detest the player. Struts around giving off this massive "I'm too good for this shit" vibe while being a fucking spastic who can't score a 1-on-1 if his life depended on it.

Vlahovic will be big. In fact he already is. And he doesn't need to be as big as Mbappe or Haaland but these days younger talents are going for more and earlier. Most importantly though, they're fucking delivering.

Vlahovic is our chance to get a comparable young talent at a still-reasonable price. I'm beyond disappointed that ownership has insisted on a B grade Lukaku replacement as a "safe" option when Vlahovic is just €15m more expensive.

i think every striker has a problem. Even Lukaku wasn't convicing when he came here, people should not forget that. "He's slow, he's first touch is terrible, he's finishing sucks". No one here wanted to spend 70M on him, 2 years later he's Serie A best player and is leaving for 115M! We need to make a inteligent move like that. Martial is really really talented, if he becomes strong like he was, he will be really good. A league change and coach change might help him, we all saw that with Lukaku.

Dzeko is the next rocchi. If lavezzi have not retired, I'm sure we would have after him no matter his age.

Dzeko for free and lowering his salary is not bad I think. But I dont think roma would be willing to let him go for cheap let alone free.

Martial can be a good gamble only if we get him by loan+option. I honestly think for a club as broke as we are, any loan+option deal for any player is a good deal, whether it is martial, jovic or any other big (expensive) player.

Don’t take Martial, he’s knock off version of Sterling. He would have a hot 3 4 matches period, then you want to let Dzeko walking up front rather than him.

bring back Keita Balde and just sign Jovic already. more probable and safest option. i believe Inzaghi will make the most out of them.

this scenario would be enough to assure our next season target : CL spot and EL Final.

Commisso smells the big money transfer from EPL next summer ( 70-80M £ not €) , if Vlahovic does another 20g goal season. Aston Villas and WestHams can pay that sum, not to mention big 6.

Vlahovic-Lautaro combo would be beautiful, but it ain't gonna happen. Dzeko it is.

Vlahovic+Zapata+Dzeko in place of LuLa. Receive 180-200m, spend 90-100m of that. I think we would be better off with this once they settle in.

Of course the chances of us doing this are not good.

This is also my impression. Another 20g season and he could make an auction for the kid. I mean 2 x 20g seasons at 22yo. That means big buckets (70-80m). And no one from Fiorentina will tell him shit. And another year at Fiorentina would be good also for Vlahovic.
I would love him here, but I don't think is reasonable. Only if the kid want to stay in Italy (and by staying the salary must be considered).
