Even using those numbers, I'd rather pay 14M a year for Dybala than 9M a year for Raspadori. Raspadori doesn't impress me at all, and would be a poor fit here.

Dybala is ready to contribute while Raspadori still has to confirm. I`m on the Dybala for free boat, especially if we get him for 6M/year LOL.

We have just been linked to Hugo Ekitike by Il Corriere dello Sport: reports the Nerazzurri have set their sights on Reims’ Hugo Ekitike.

Inter are monitoring Reims’ striker Ekitike. The 19-year-old has scored 10 goals in 24 appearances across all competitions this season, but his club is unwilling to sell for less than €40m. The Nerazzurri are reportedly in talks with the striker’s entourage but have many other targets for 2022-23. I can see Bayern and Newcastle are also interested in him.

Atalanta‘s Duvan Zapata is also seen as a potential new signing and so is Sassuolo‘s Gianluca Scamacca. Last but not least, Romelu Lukaku could return to the club, but only if Chelsea agree to loan him out and if the Belgian striker takes a €50% pay cut.

I saw some time ago, that Scammacca wants / will be given 2.5 mln salary. I don't think that Raspadori will agree for less than 2 mln.

Really? I've been quite impressed watching him. He has this fearless and enterprising way of attacking. That is to say he's always trying shit. He'll pick the ball up and run at defenders, try to create space with off-the-ball runs, he'll take shots and try to create openings with one-two passes with teammates etc. He seems quite nippy and agile too.

Very importantly, for the most part his decision making seems quite good. If he sees the chance to put a teammate through on goal, he'll take it - instead of cutting back and doing five unnecessary 180° turns like Sanchez, or dribbling head first into a crowd of 5 players like Correa.

Neat little player IMO though I agree €35m for him is insanity and I don't know whether he'd develop these traits enough to be effective at an elite level.

That said, under Suning's ownership we are not aiming to be competing at the elite level much longer.

Very fond of Raspadori but it just doesn`t seem to be happening this summer, with Dybala coming on that role. Ideally he stays at Sassuolo and further develops there.

Atletico Madrid forward Luis Suarez has emerged as a transfer option for Inter that is more attainable than Romelu Lukaku:
As has been reported by Corriere della Sera, Inter know that signing Romelu Lukaku again is going to be almost impossible from a financial standpoint, regardless of the player being very keen on coming back to the San Siro.

Inter are instead looking of bringing Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez to the club in a deal similar to the one they did for Edin Dzeko last summer.

Free transfers are very attractive for Inter this summer due to their difficult financial situation and desire to improve the squad whilst still ending the summer with a profit.

That is why the Uruguayan forward who played his best football for Liverpool and Barcelona is on a list of players that would be available in the summer.
I guess it all depends on the wage and contract length, anyone knows how much Suarez is currently earning?

Just read that Luis Suárez has informed Xavi that he wants to return to Barcelona and he would considerably lower his salary.

> I think the plan is to get Dybala on a free to replace Alexis Sanchez and sign a towering striker for nothing (Scamacca LOAN + obligation to buy set at 25M sounds reasonable).

According to a report published today in the Italian print media, Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez has become a more affordable transfer option for Inter than Romelu Lukaku.
According to the Corriere della Sera, Inter knows that it would be almost financially impossible to re-sign Romelu Lukaku, even though the player is eager to return to the San Siro.
Instead, Inter wants to bring Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez back to the club in a deal similar to the one they struck with Edin Dzeko last summer.
Free transfers are very attractive to the Neradzurri this summer because of their difficult financial situation and their desire to improve the roster while ending the summer at a profit.
That is why the Uruguayan forward, who has shown his best soccer for Liverpool and Barcelona, is on the list of players who will be available in the summer.

Haha Falcao - Dzeko - Luis Suarez - Alexis Sanchez next season

No $$ for strikers and need to sell.

In 2035 we sign Haaland :)
+Dybala )
Paradoxically, it would be better than what we have now)

@sdvroot are you even reading the existing posts before posting? That Suarez rumour has been shared already :giggle:

Still better than Cavani but I don`t expect him to come here.

Falcao, Cavani, Suarez or someone similar only sensible things to sign if we could kick Dzeko in June.

It was a joke. IT was the team we would have creamed our pants for 10 years ago. Think they are all 35. Falcao been really good when not injured but think he was injured for like 3-4 months.

Pinamonti 25, Sensi 15, Dumfries 35, Lazaro 5, Radu 5, Galiardini 10, Correa 20?
Don’t think we can move Sensi for 15 and Correa for 20. We can sell De Vrij for 20 and Satriano for 15 maybe. But we have to buy Bremer in that case.
