Kramaric would be a better deal for us IMO. Also good at penalties.

Puppet Master Marotta having Nandez plummet his market value like that..
I was thinking the same. The whole thing could be orchestrated:
Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez denied he ran away from Uruguay to avoid arrest for domestic abuse of his ex-wife, insisting his return to Italy was always scheduled and he hopes to ‘clear my name’ in court.

There were reports overnight from Telemundo that police had tried to raid Nandez’s home in Uruguay with an arrest warrant this week. It was because his former partner, Sarah Garcia Mauri, has accused him of domestic abuse, both physical and psychological, and is pressing charges.

However, Nandez’s mother answered the door and informed the police that the player had already flown out to Italy the day before. Nandez is currently in Sardinia and in self-isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.

He released a statement to television channel Subrayado.

“I flew out on December 29, seeing as I had to be back here for training with my club on December 31,” said the Uruguay international.

“So clearly I left before the charges were pressed against me. I am therefore taking legal action against those who spread false rumours about me. My family and children are my utmost priority, I wait for justice to investigate the truth of the events and clear my name. I am calm.”
Nandez starting to not make sense to me. And also fuck Cagliari.

Better to go for Frattesi and identify someone who can sub Brozovic.
Fuck Cagliari for sure!
I don`t think they will budge in January, as they need to keep good players and hope they avoid relegation. Leeds are still interested in Nandez due to Bielsa there. I`m expecting Cagliari to relegate, so his price will further drop in summer.

More and more news about the interest in Villar. Could be traded for Vecino.
It seems that Vecino became our new Muntari, he is being offered in every potential deal nowadays :D
We have proposed exchange with Roma (unfortunately they are not convinced) and also to Everton for Digne exchange of loans (rejected by Rafa).
Just hope we can get rid of him this winter!

Is there any talk of taking Kessie for free at the end of the season?

No he wants a ridiculous amount that he’s probably not going to get anywhere.

He will probably get it in England, probably from Spurs or Man Utd who are desperate for a midfielder.

Why the fuck are we interested in Villar? It sounds like a "downgrade" on Vecino!

Yeah whats up with that? I don't rate Vecino at all, but Villar doesn't strike me as an upgrade. The guy haven't played a single Serie A game this season. A bit strange though, because he was a regular starter past season.

Villar isn’t as bad as you guys are making him out to be. He was an important player for Roma last year, and he does have a cap for Spain. He’s just not a Mourinho type of player. He also doesn’t have a natural fit in the 4-2-3-1. He could be a Hakan back up here. His ability to keep possession and dribble is actually pretty good. He would be a better fit for Inzaghi then Vecino.
