i think his topspeed is somewhere around 33-34km/h, so for a CB i'd say yeah he's fast

Faster than Bremer. Better passer too. It's his positioning and marking that's questionable. Playing alongside hummels and with no defensive cover in midfield Akanji was simple exposed. 15M is a very fair price imo.
