I think there is a difference in sprint speed and then speed you can sustain for a longer time. Hakimi imo would smoke all of those on that list in 100m run, although skriniar could maybe beat him in the first couple of meters. Btw, the sort of speed hakimi has is what we are missing.

Sure thing, Hakimi is a speed demon. Perhaps he wasn't unleashing his weapon in that particular match.
My attention was rather hooked by Skriniar's number. I really don't feel like he is that speedy and that's why, being interested in a player like Chalobah, who according to google, is as fast as Skriniar, doesn't seem to be consoling. Never seen him in action, therefore can't really know if Chalobah is faster or not. I'm just thinking that for CL matches we might need someone with flash speed in defense.
