Again, I don't blame these clubs and players. Tbh you can't try to make deals like that, it is a miracle that other clubs and players are still talking to us. So I really hope that we can at least get Milenkovic who I value a lot. The price is absolutely fair and we should have those millions. Hopefully we finally can get shit done again.

Like you wrote earlier we should try to get Kostic. Then renew with Skriniar and De Vrij and bring cheap backup to De Vrij. That migh be possible if we manage to sell Pinamonti and one other like Dumfries?

Inter should not invest as much as a dime before the club get rid of all the surplus mediocrity the club currently have. If it succeed Then the club will be left with Gosens, Dumfries, F. Dimarco and Bellanova, not spectacular but that will have to suffice, it’s far more important to find a central defender then spend more on yet another player on the flank the club then in a year can add to the already long list a failed flank player investment.

We have lot of games this season. I also think Gosens is similar to Dumfries and Bellanova, so someone like Kostic would be needed addition. I think people also don’t want to see Darmian as LWB role if Gosens get injured.

If we get good enough offer for Dumfries I would sell him and get another LWB and cheap De Vrij backup. We know rest of the money will go to cover our losses. Next season try to find Darmian replacement. We also still have Lazaro and we need to see what his future holds? I have liked him this preseason

I am actually ok with that, like I think having a stable startup d-line that know each others for years beats signing some athletic CBs with flashy moves, plus Bastoni and Skriniar had their clutch moments too anyway. Also with Lukaku up front, I don't think we will be playing a high d-line in general, so whatever we have right now is ok.

Lazaro is probably to old to use the sentence; “what his future holds”, as he isn’t exactly a talented kid anymore, he is 26 years of age and has so far shown nothing worth mentioning. He did nothing at Benefica last term and hardly got playing time. Therefore I see little point in even trying giving him a shot.


The annoying thing is that Inter Realistically cannot expect anyone to actually pay the asking price of about 8-9m euros, and what ever the club can get is probably to far away from the valuation caused by FFP requirements. So the best Inter can hope for is the classic sending him on loan again with the loaning club paying his entire wage, then repeat the process yet again next season until summer 2024 where his contract expire. Its basically been the same story we had with Dalbert, no one wants to meet Inter’s asking price, so it’s better loaning him out until the contract expires.

I cannot wait for next summer where we have no less then 11 players whose contract expire, with few of them realistically getting their contract extended.

Also when Gosens get injured is more like when he gets injured. But unless we can get a replacement for free It’s unlikely Inter get one…
