Haven't we already figured out that if you have old players it's gonna cost you millions? And they will also need enough rest to perform on a high level all the time.

It's crazy how our team dips in form every season. No to Otamendi. If you want to bring an experienced CB, let him be 30 years old, not 35. At least make it make sense financially.

Kolarov was horrible for us. Are we gonna get an old CB every summer? How is that good for our finances?

I simply don't think the dips were due to age. Our back line was not old by any mean until the later part of this season.

And this season we went into the dip with Bastoni and Skriniar playing regularly, we only came out of it with Acerbi and Darmian solidifying their places in the backline.

The Champions League finalists are seemingly keen on moving for Chalobah, and have registered their interest by approaching Chelsea, according to Football Insider.

The Blues may not be too keen on letting this useful squad player go, but the report suggests that Chalobah himself would be keen to be allowed to negotiate with Inter.

Chalobah may find he could play more regularly with Inter, whilst also getting the chance to compete for major trophies, which looks a long way off at Chelsea after such a disastrous season.
I know it won't happen, but it's a bit refreshing being linked with some not 30+ free agents.

We're often linked with interesting players in their 20s. But what matters is who you sign, not who you're linked to.

While I agree that the dip happened when Skriniar was playng, I don't think I'm necessarly wrong to think that for a 50+ game seasons we either need 6 real CBs or 5 real CBs and a versatile player like Darmian.

But having only De Vrij (?? is he staying ??), Acerbi, Bastoni and makeshift CBs like D'ambrosio (?? is he staying ??) and Darmian doesn't look like we have any long term plans set in motion. Let's say these 5 players are staying and we add an oldie like Otamendi. That would mean most of our backline would be gone in about 2 or 3 seasons, only Bastoni staying. We need a STARTER for the next something seasons coming here ASAP.

they say that Salerntiana buys pirolla for 5 millions. It was quite good option for bastoni’s replacement during the season but someone made a counter buy for 13 millions. One question is why? Why is so expensive?

We need a few young players. If our coach starts engaging such players like fontanorosa in winning games, we will be able to prepare the players for our main squad or at least for sale not for 1-2 millions

It's basically that we pay Salernitana to develop Pirola. Now they pay us 5m, if he keeps performing well for another season, we buy him back for 13m. Everybody wins.

If he won't be good enough for Inter, we won't buy him back.

That is I don't know. I would assume it's at least for next summer too.

Because our trash has wages that only ten to fifteen clubs in the world can afford. And why would clubs like Real, Barca, PSG, and City want our players who can't cut it here?

And even if we pay our shit players to play elsewhere, they don't really want to.

Best case scenario here is we extend Acerbi for one year, sign Pavard somehow and sign one of Becao or Bijol. Let Scalvini play another year at Atalanta to develop and reconsider him next year. Oh yeah; don’t extend De Vrij. The guy is finished.
