Doesn't Chelsea have tons of forwards in their roster already? They are also out of CL next season. It's actually more risky to sign for EPL clubs if you want to play in CL because the competition for spots is so tough there. Two of City/United/Liverpool/Arsenal/Chelsea/Tottenham stays out of it. After Lukaku latest injury, any serious club would be in the market for a forward. But of course we will sign no one and then bash Dzeko for not being a 20-goal forward at 36.
