Both players have he's pros and cons. I would like Lukaku because we are really missing a striker. But Dybala is also an amazing player and could be cheaper. We probably need both if we have to be honest. And instead of selling Bastoni then, we can sell Lautaro. I think this is the best scenario...

I have read a Lukaku return is possible only till end of June because Inter are only interested in 2-year loan and this won't be permitted after July 1st. Is this a new regulation from FIGC?

Not familiar with this in particular, but what I would say - there's a general drive in Italy to reduce the number of players out on loan to reduce player hoarding. It might be related to that.

I'm trying to see the logic here. If 2 year loan, no option to buy and Inter is just paying say 6-7 mil a year, ok. Then it is possible to keep Bastoni. But then somebody must go, Lautaro or Dzeko, or Dybala does not come. I have no idea. TBF, post Chelsea Lukaku performed only at Everton and Inter. Who knows how he does 2nd time around, emotionally broken and a bit older.

It says here that it doesn't matter if we close the deal in june, multi-year loan deals are already abolished for players like lukaku

It has something to do with taxes, like when you buy player that's new to Italy you pay lower taxes on his wage, or something like that. Same thing apparently works if a player was out of Italy for less then a year like in Lukaku case, those rules would apply like he never left.

Dzeko and Correa need go if we want Dybala. Lukaku already book one place for next season.

I would like use Satriano as 4th choice.

Lukaku,Lautaro,Dybala and Correa will be perfect attack for next season.. sanchez and dzeko can fuck off to save some money and here we go!!
Lukaku, Dybala, Dzeko, Satriano I'll be fine with that option, Dzeko will be here until the last day of his contract, unfortunately.

Yeah two year loan is not possible. Like mentioned, June deadline probably is related to Growth Decree somehow. I don't understand it anymore since they've mentioned it in Mkhitaryan case too.

That means somebody must be sold from 40-80 million range to satisfy Lukaku's demands.

It’s just going to piss me off even more if he returns and kisses the badge again after his first goal. That man knows nothing about loyalty. Really hoping for a loan with no obligation on way reduced wages, but of course that’s like hoping for a happy ending at the massage kiosk in the middle of the mall. next year he can go back to Man United where he’ll claim he always wanted to be.
