He will end up at Tottenham I think. Conte is better for him than Lautaro is.

Comical. Own over lease every day.
Not necessarily.

I could argue it's not a no-brainer to choose to sign Dybala for 4 years OR sign Lukaku for 1 or 2 years of loans with some nominal loan fees. It minimizes the risks if you just loan the player. If you sign player for a long contract, you are obliged to pay that full contract. If the signing doesn't work, you are fucked. With a loan player, you just send the player back.

It's not like Dybala is a player we could sell later. There's no big market for him now and he's not interested leaving Italy so owning doesn't bring any upside risks for us. Only downside risks.

But Dybala is a much better player.

With Lukaku, you are guaranteed an above-average-but-not-great striker for a few years. That will help bully smaller teams, but we'll suck against the bigger ones in Italy or Europe.

With Dybala, the only risk is our tactics. As long as we play with 2 strikers, we have a quality player who brings some dribbling that we desperately need. Admittedly, injuries can be a concern but it's a gamble worth taking.

I'd argue that at their best, Lukaku is a far superior player to Dybala. But he's also much more tactically risky than Dybala.

Given that Dybala is a more marketable name, cheaper, and imo fits Inzaghi's tactics better, I can't see why we want to pick Lukaku, other than nostalgia. Dybala also seems more mentally stable, who knows what will be in Lukaku's mind after his 3rd consecutive goalless game.

That's not the only risk with Dybala, his injury-record is surely a surely a concern too.

With Lukaku, we don't have to commit to anything. Use him for as long as he's useful for the club. With Dybala it's 4 years, good or bad.

I'm not saying pick this or that, I'm just explaining there are different aspects in these two picks if they are mutually exclusive picks.

My perplexity is completely opposite, how the fuck can people want dybala this much given the last four years, other than looking at the number of his insta followers and flair in the game he possesses, which means shit all other than it's esthetically pleasing on the eyes to watch him.

No to mention he clearly cares about juve a lot, won everything multiple times with them, so his motivation could also be questionable... I can go on and on... and I didn't even mention how injury prone he is.
Saying Lukaku is better player than Dybala is like saying that Higuain is better than Messi. Hillarious.
We don't need a better or more talented player, dybala is certainly all that compared to lukaku.
We need someone who can reliable score more than 20 goals during the season, we already have talent and flair in correa and lautaro.

Probably because Dybala literally won Serie A’s MVP just 2 years ago and exactly one year before Lukaku won it.

Or probably because in the last 4 years alone, Lukaku has had more disastrous seasons than Dybala will ever do.

Or because 10m annual loan fee will make Lukaku twice as expensive.

and they are not even all..

Dybala wining mvp award before lukaku, why is chronological order in which they won the award relevant?

Lukaku having bad seasons outside of italy, how is that relevant when you compare their stats and seasons in italy, which we must do if we want to be completely fair and objective.

As for the cost, cost will be what we can afford, don't worry about that, we ain't gonna bankrupt the club by bringing lukaku here, I promise. You should worry about giving injury prone player four year deal with huge salary, that's the thing to worry about long term.

I just hope we can sign both, then Suning can sell the team with a fair price without dismembering it.
It's pretty obvious that two players like Dybala and Lukaku raise Inter's value, for who sells these are assets to put in the deal, far better than Dzeko and Sanchez.

really suprised tbh., seems we want to have (finally) the best forward in the league.. wow! Never believed we could have all Lautaro with Dyba Lukaku, and generelly that Lukaku could return. But things are getting serious now.

I have serious doubts on how he does without Conte and Pintus. We know he can have a good partnership with Lautaro but what about when he needs to play with Dybala or Dzeko? The latter sounds like an absolute horror.

i rather not. He's similar to barella in which he just flings his arms around when things arent going his way. Didn't want him first time he came, i sure as hell dont want him now
