Seems Dzeko and Correa will remain with us. Thus, it should be certain that a 5th high profile striker will definitely not be signed.

Dybala will join next year to replace Dzeko (contract expires) - source: me
If he ever joins, considering the way this club operates, it wont be definitely in next thee years.

To be fair I don’t think we see much more of that, the wage bill needs to be reduced you don’t do that by signing old players who want to cash in as much as possible on their potential last contract. Many of these want 5-8m euro a season Inter is in no position to pay that especially not for a none starter with the current already to high wage bill.

I think it’s more or less clear the limit is somewhere around 3.5m euros. Except for Mkhitaryan I don’t see many accepting that, not even Dybala would accept anything remotely close to such figures.

That limitations is also why Dzeko, De Vrij is not going to get extensions.

You then have to wonder why the club thought it smart to burn it all on Lukaku, Hakan and Correa the kind of wages these receive are not exactly sustainable.

It’s a shame we’re not looking for another forward. Depay would work very well in Serie A imo. Not a worldclass striker but he is someone who could force something from the bench and could rotate well with LuLa. Good signing from Jube i think.

Depay was amazing only in Football Manager back in the day. Another Bernardeschi. Just weird person and player. You be happy they didnt get Morata back.

Bernardeschi and Depay have pretty much nothing in common. While they can both play on the wing, one is more of a forward while the other is more of a midfielder. Bernarcrapski had ONE single good season in his entire career, Depay had several good/decent seasons.

Depay is a solid signing for Rube, he compliments Vlahovic much better than Morata, who is basically just an older, worse version of Vlahovic. Depay is almost over a year younger, better signing than bringing Morata back in every aspect.

AC Milan and Inter Milan have been offered the chance to sign Cristiano Ronaldo but both REJECTED him.
(Source: Gazzetta dello Sport)

Only if it is a straight swap with Dzeko.

I'd argue Man utd is worse than us, and he would not be starting before LuLa - his shitty attitude would destroy the backroom scenes.

I think Ronaldo's attitude would be great for the team. From what I've read, he's competitive af and demands high level training from everyone. Such figures are great when you try to actually win.

But he wouldn't fit to this team, we have Lukaku already.

Didn't work out greatly for United or Juve tho.

Yeah doesn't fit to all teams but I feel this team it would fit. United is at terrible state, they have just shit attitude in the squad. I think Juve having their old guard running the show and shit, adding Ronaldo as a character there simply didn't fit.

Of course coach would need to have credibility in the eyes of Ronaldo too for it to work.
