With vidal sensi and Vecini leaving
I would really like to see Fred of Man utd here.. he is the fake Kante but very good for sub he has a freak stamina and fighting spirit

No thanks. I'd like to keep well away from Man utd mediocre starting 11. - The club is poisonous at the the moment.
If we looking at fringe players we should be targeting City, Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern Munich.

We've done well with those players e.g Hakimi

Fred is okay, but unless if we sell them Barella and they give us Fred+money, I don't see it happening

the window of midfielder is closing at least for now. we have a full stacked of midfielder thanks to Asllani & Mkhitaryan signing. Bring more compatible type to our midfield sector also nearly impossible because Suning too broke to act.

Our midfield is good enough. The only glaring weaknesses left on this team are at reserve striker and our central CB.

I disagree about midfield. We seriously lack a midfielder who could bring athleticism and energy from the bench in order to protect a result. Gagliardini has proven time and again he can't be that guy. Sadly there's no space for more midfielders as things stand so it is what it is.

I‘m really hoping that Inzaghi likes Agoume. I’d much prefer giving him opportunities next season instead of Gagliardini. Even though we know Gags probably isn’t leaving, using him like we used Vecino this year would be fine with me.

supposedly Inzaghi testing out 3412 so i doubt agoume will be able to get time

Barella, instant starter along with Cahla or Brozo

that still leaves mky and asllani

That is what I have been saying since a season or two. We terribly lack that option in the midfield. It could had been Vidal but he kind of flopped badly for us.

it's their system not their players, just look Lukaku
Multiple coaches, multiple systems but same players. They're players are bust, and just taking the money

We're broke.....

What are the chances of signing Ruiz and Lemar, free agents in the new year? Then there is a wet dream signing of Gavi, but Barca will sell another 10% of their shares to ensure they have the money to cover his contract.

do we need more midfielders, we have agoume and casadei
We both know that’s never going to happen.

For Inter to use one requires them to be sold first, then bought back, then either used in one perhaps two season then loaned out or loaned straight out after the player has been bought back and then the player might get a shot in one season after being loaned out 2-3 times prior.

Neither Agoume or Casedei has been enough through the Inter mill of 5-10 loans and being sold yet so we cannot use them.

Which player who was good enough did Inter not bring back recently?

Both Bastoni and di marco were made part of the first team after proving they are good enough.

Bastoni is a Atalanta product, not Inter. That’s probably a good thing because they generally are better at it.

Inter have no plan what so ever, the fact that you have to prove your almost on the same level as already established players is part of the whole problem. Players that age are not fully developed they need to be able to make mistakes and have games where they don’t perform and not be punished for it, at Inter if you have two bad games as a young player you often won’t get another chance if you get a chance at all and not just loaned out to some random club in Serie C. Sorry but that’s just not how you develop players, you need to show them trust, nurse them, coach them, make an over all plan so they gain the right confidence, not all talent are born with an iron mentality but just like a muscle that can be trained but no such luck at Inter. Inter had abundant of very talented young players the past 10-15 years but hardly anyone made it, the talent wasn’t the part of the problem, Inter’s way of dealing with it was and still is the problem. It’s striking the amount of success the Primavera team had over the years but so few ever making it, several of these even making records still never made it to anything. If Inter actually spend anytime on development especially the mental side of it, gave the more time and put more effort into it I’m convinced more would have made it.

The most striking thing about Di Marco is his mentality, that’s probably why he handled the garbage treatment.

I’m not so convinced Casedei and Agume will handle that treatment, as hardly anyone has.

Personally I cannot wait until Uefa and Fifa put a ceiling over amount of players that can be loaned out hopefully no more then 5.

No plan whatsoever is bs. If we had enough money, this summer we would've had Dybala, Bremer, Asllani, Mhki, Bellanova as newcomers and that list sounds pretty good.

Inter is not a club which develops young players. Inter is a club which tries to win every competition in takes part. Developing young players doesn't fit to that agenda.

Inter cannot afford to have young players making elementary mistakes on the pitch.

The club is in deep financial problems, the club cannot even spend 30m on a player or for that matter afford to pay the wages such players require. Inter have no choice then start player development it’s the only way Inter can get players that in the end will have that level, because Inter cannot currently afford to buy them when they are developed.

With the 10-15m Inter currently spend often with a one year loan, either you get players you need to develop or you get players that will never be good enough to actually get the team to win trophies. Players that are good enough for that typical cost on the excess of 40-50m euros on the current market unless they have one year contract, are plus 30 or a very low release clause it’s really really rare you get good fully developed players near their prime below that, even some of the better talents is priced there or above.

I was clearly referring to player development not transfer strategy.

But that strategy doesn’t go to well because there is not the finances for it to actually happen.
