Some heated controversy at the end of the Portugal-Serbia game as Ronaldo got denied what looked like to be the game-winning goal at the final minute of stoppage time; never mind that VAR and goal-line technology was not even considered.

The Haaland kid is really good, but every striker that ever played for Borussia Dortmund consistently scores goals.

Playing for Norway he doesn't have superwings like B.Dortmund

We've struggled for a long time with our national team.
Many players have had some sort of bond with our previous manager and didn't even have to perform club level to join nationals.
Now that Ståle is leading the line he'll field the best possible 11, with no age limits. If you're good enough, you're old enough.

But it is true, Norway dont have any good wingers, perhaps a few good fullbacks and decent midfield, but besides that, it is basically Håland and Ødegaard.

I thought it wasn't available, not that it wasn't considered.

Yeah, you’re probably right. It appears that not all countries have the infrastructure or ability to afford the implementation of goal-line technology or VAR, so these scenarios will inevitably happen and some teams will get hard done by; bummer though ain’t it.

You have forgot Immobile. 3 goals in 24 matches.

Norway is sort of boycotting the 2022 World Cup and protesting against it, so perhaps the players just don't play full strength.

I heard that after this incident CR7 threw his captain's armband on the pitch and walked out of the game which wasn't over yet. Fucking entitled Rubentini, they deserve each other.

Against this Bulgaria, Mancini may field 5G, Parolo and Bonaventura and still to win the game. No need to risk Sensi's delicate health and Barella.

Impressive Armenia :D What's going on with Island tho? They were labeled as second best team after Germany in this group.

Saw Slovakia was 1:0 up against Russia and I had a feeling Skriniar scored and lo and behold he did. That's 2 goals and an assist in this round of international games. Very happy for him!

Also the group looks to be the most competitive out of the bunch.

At least Belgium had the decency to not play Lukaku today.

Fighting like a lion when the opponent is strong.

Playing like a pussycat when the opponent is weak.

That's the character of Turkish football. Somethings never change!
