He will certainly be linked with a return to Serie A. I don't know about Inter though. It will really depend on our intentions for Audero.
I honestly don't know many GKs who are as calm with the ball as he is. In general, not in Serie A alone.

Great positioning as well, but he's not a GK to start at the very top of Italy. He'd be rhe ideal #2 for Italian big clubs though. I don't want him to leave but contract expires soon. I know he loves it in Greece but Italians rarely say no to a return in Serie A, especially for a big club.

@Il Drago I'll be very surprised if Brignoli isn't linked to top Serie A clubs very soon

I see a determination to send Brignoli back to Serie A

Lazio are looking for a GK but i don't think they will go for him. Perhaps a midtable team could be an option if there's any team in the market for a GK. I haven't really followed Serie A mercato this summer so not sure who's still looking for a GK.

It's more like a fear since he hasn't extended his contract :D :D

3 mil is only the loan fee.

The obligation fee after that is the one that we can not afford
I’m thinking though that’s fine. We paid 6 mil for sommer and how many seasons we getting out of him in top form really? 1 season for 3 mil seems like a good deal, one even we could afford to do.

Would just be a dry loan though but I’m sure he woulda considered it.

3M on the first year
The next year Arsenal will pay up to 27 to make it 30M

And like I mentioned before, 3 mil for just a dry loan woulda been in budget and a good deal if we coulda pulled it off. Could have sent them correa as a thank you gift or something

We don’t have 30m in total for a GK or else the club would have gotten Trubin.

We had like 15m or so lol

Trubin was 11m. The dealbreaker was the 40% sell on.

We also made a comparable bid for Bento, confirmed by the player and the Brazilian club. But the season is half way through in Brazil so they didnt want to sell. We can try again in January if things go wrong with our current GKs.

We did during the benfica game and realized we fkd up big time

We could never agree on or accept a 40% sell on clause, without that clause Trubin was really just an unrealistic target as the price would soar up too potential €30m. Inter was looking for a new gk at around half that, at best Inter could offer something like 10-15% sell on clause.

The clause wasn't an option for us.

It could have been settled at around 18m, though.

We really should have got Trubin alongside Sommer. Going to be a bit regret for years to come
