I don`t see any chance with Osihmen and I stay with my idea which I believe made sense and is doable.
Hojlund. Loan + obligation/option. He is definetely not what United imagined (their Haaland) and they surely will be in the market for a striker.

Hojlund needs to go from United and Inter would be an excellent option. Behind Lau and Thuram, but with a lot of playing time, not the toxic exposure of United, he can bring his career on track.

Can we afford it though, and how high is his salary?

I don`t know.
But for me it makes sense. The talent is there. He has other characteristics that we lack. Theoretically Taremi and Arna shoud have these characteristics, but one is shit and other is geriatric.
United would definitely buy another striker and he will see less playing time. His future there is very much in doubt. He knows Italy and was promising in Serie A. He is young, 22yo and has enough time to reshape his career. The same age as Lautaro when he landed in Italy. If he blossomed, we could have our striker for the next 10 years.
How could we afford him is another discussion.

Put Rodrygo on the left and he might flourish, it's an opportunity he'll never get at Madrid (even though the best Madrid looked this season - small sample size noted - was when Rodrygo and Mbappé played and Vini was suspended; it's hard to understate how much Vini being putrid dogshit especially since January just about single-handedly destroyed Madrid's season), but not only do we not play a formation that would suit him, but he'll fetch a very high fee if he is sold. Anybody who buys him is paying for the hope that he'll reach a new level that isn't attainable for him in Madrid.

I guess it's just a random shoutout of these names we've seen for a while now. Not even Jonathan David's name has been included on that rumor. Hopefully our management is making moves already. A huge mercato needs to be done.
