Got it, shame though, but I guess if he was that good they would never allow him to join Inter, especially in a player exchange deal. Also, as far as I understand Oaktree wants younger players.

Funny thing is that it's Sky Italy pushing this narrative for some reason.

They write that Pellegrini’s high wages on his contract with Roma would present a problem for Inter. Therefore, the 28-year-old could have to spread his wages out over multiple seasons if he were to join the Nerazzurri this summer.

I'm not buying it, he's too old for this upcoming window.

Nah, I think it's unlikely for Pellegrini, especially after Marotta comments.
It just so happens that Pellegrini and Zalewski have the same agent, and given the recent news that we met with them for Zalewski, it is only natural that they would recommend a seemingly better destination for their client.

massively Mikhitaryan and Zielinski replacement. but i'm afraid Oaktree will intervene the transfer soon.

Depends on the price and his salary demands. His contract renewal had stalled due to high wage demands most probably, so maybe it's not worth it

Depends. De Paul has some characterstics we are lacking. If we are able to offload Zielinski, I would like him. Otherwise I would prefer younger options.

Based upon their respective performances yesterday, we should lose interest in Pellegrini almost as quickly as Roma should lose interest in Frattesi.
