Yeah kid can do that, in 10 years.

I wouldn't mess up with a kid by trying to fit him to different roles when he has found his role so far. Minor adjustments are always there but shifting Fabbian to be a defensive player when his main trait is scoring goals doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
We have only 6 slots for midfielders. We get Tessman we forget Fabbian, that's how it is.

I am not tossing that kid around. Fabbian can come here and become whatever Inzaghi thinks the team is lacking. Then train him in that only position. Mezzala? Ok fine, then learn from Hakan. Roaming mid? Also fine, learn Mikhy. He doesn't need to be that "defensive player".

Why you support bringing Tessman when we don't even use a DM? He is older, more expensive, no place in our tactics and less proven.

Why are we comparing Fabbian to Tessman as if Tessman is some sort of world class midfielder?

Fabbian is actually a really interesting talent imo. I think we should 100% buy him back next season if he continues his growth. Those who say he is identical to Frattesi aren’t entirely wrong but they are not the same. It’s a closer comparison than Barella to Frattesi for example, but Fabbian shows more tenacity in pressing the ball for me, which may benefit our system more. I’m not, by any means, writing off Frattesi— he has many important, unteachable qualities, but there have also been some signs the Frattesi/ Inzaghi relationship may not be a tactical match made in heaven. I would give Frattesi another year in any case, but I wouldn’t let Fabbian’s similarities to Frattesi write him off.

Tessmann is not fighting for same spots in the lineup as Fabbian, period. I'm not supporting anything, my only notion to this conversation was that Tessmann is not like Fabbian and that they play different midfielder roles. :D

Even though you watch neither play but still claim our kid is learning nothing in ten years?

Scrap these old school theories, bro. They all can play in the middle of the field. Yes, whatever you call mezzala or dm doesnt matter, that central spot. Fabbian could do long pass, tackle and good sneak for goals, all the stuffs of a complete midfielder during his Primavera days.

Funny you call him cant defend based only on his goals stats while Tessman scores 7 goals last season.

I reeeally like Fabbian, see him more as a potential starter in a few years than Frattesi, tbh. I need Frattesi to offer more to be a starter.

Tessman I know nothing about, I just wonder if that means Asllani as a bench option for Barella and Tessman as a bench option for Calhanoglu

Really Asllani should be rotating with Zielinski in that LCM role based on what we’ve seen this Euros. Mkhi should be fazed out after this season.

Fabbian will never come back, just let it go, he is lost like all the others…

tessmann was deemed to expensive so yeah I don’t know does not seem overly likely at this point

Bonaventura and Duncan contracts expired, we could sign one of them on a 1 year deal for the Klaassen role.

Surely Bonaventura wants to be a protagonist somewhere else. He was quite good last season.

Since everyone's always suggesting Barcelona or Real Madrid players because they play(ed) for Barcelona or Real Madrid, here's a suggestion for someone who became a free agent as of 19 minutes ago:

Toni Kroos

Romano says we're close to agreeing with Venezia the deal where Oristanio is sent to Venezia and Tessman comes to Inter but stays at Venezia for one more season on loan.

It's still pending on Tessman agreeing on staying in Venezia.

Juve buying Douglas Luiz valued at 70m and Khephen Thuram valued at 35m (for a combined fee of about 50m plus two nobodies) meanwhile we’re buying some spastic from Serie B. Grande.
