UEFA doesn't let Azerbaijan and Armenia get drawn into the same group or Spain and Gibraltar. I think there was something similar for Ukraine and Russia when Russia was eligible to participate.

Literally every group here is piss easy for the big country in them. I'd be thrilled to see Germany at least play some interesting games, but no matter the group they end up in there's nothing worth watching.
