Went back and forth and got the Klipsch Quintet Synergy IV set for a new Home theater set up...Had a few questions that I had trouble searching out elsewhere.

1) Stands: For the rear channel speakers...I have read & seen people talking about the Sanus EFSATB series stands as being good options but wondering what the other ones might be?

2) Wire: I read somewhere that it's recommended to go at least 14 gauge pure copper wire, oxygen free?...Wondering about that as well as what type of connectors to go with (Banana?).

Last question is really more about where to purchase these from to get the best prices...Thanks

2 bedroom flat in SF...I'd be evicted, I think, if I added more speakers :p

LOL you can always keep them a lower volume

Yeah, that's true I guess but 5.1 is fine for our needs/purposes, I think...It's not like in NY or other cities, SF are all thin walled for homes/apts...Sound really travels.

Oh yeah, I remember hearing that quite often when we lived in Nob Hill...Less noise out here in Twin Peaks part of town, tbh...It's kinda perfect for us overall...Great view, quiet & some trails nearby

I have to say, I'm a tad bit nervous about bothering our neighbors with this setup - all of whom are actually quite nice & friendly...We'll see

I regret it...but the few times I've been to SF I haven't really seen much of it. Always short trips. People tell me lots of good things though...maybe I'll take the wife on a road trip soon :D

SF is just a meh-ah-okay as a place to have a holiday to. There really isn't nothing spectacular or anything, except the views and such. Well it depends on what kind of vacation that you're looking for though. But my point is, it's not as metropolitan, not as alive as Los Angeles or New York for example.

But for a place to live at, probably the best in the world for me.
