Wasn't really a gamble for me, he had a huge hype even before coming here, classic sneijder, cambiasso, etc.. type of deal where they couldn't exactly flourish in a team like real, and then came here and fulfill their full potential and help us win trophies along the way. Big part of our whole success in the last lets say 20 years was built exactly on hakimi type of deals.

Paying big money for kondogbia, joao mario or any other player that didnt win shit and is playing in a much weaker team then inter, now thats a gamble...

Yeah, no gamble. There were many people here saying even wishing for Hakimi is way over our heads. So I don't really understand why he would use the word gamble.

Gabigol was a gamble. Joao Mario was a gamble.

Another stinker. I cant count how many times has he wasted balls when he was supposedly to be our most dangerous players given the circumstances. Even Perisic had a better game.

This guy have godly physical stats, but he lacking too much at his decisions making and this hurt our attacking play too much, insted of go 1v1 with his defender, he stop and pass back and when he 1v2 he try dribble instead of passing back, also in the opponent's box he try to pass when he must shot and opposite, this guy need to work his mental side..

He def needs to work on his final pass - shot - decision making, i cant ask more of him to be honest in his first season in a new team, where here he is the attacking threat where in Dortmund he had wingers like Sancho & Hazard that helped him in the attacking phase.

He is on course to be the best right back in the world these next few years, he fixes that he will be no doubt in my mind.

Seeing his game against Juve, I am afraid that he is just not a big game player. His decision making turn really bad when the pressure is high. Although, he did score 2 goals when playing against us in the CL. So, time will tell whether he is a big game player or it was us that was no longer considered as big club and therefore he performed well against us.

Anyway, even if he is not a big game player, he is still a key player for us against mid table or lower teams in serie-a who played really defensive.
