Mathias Jørgensen was picked to the Danish NT squad at this Euro tournament not because of quality but because of his personality and what he brings to the training sessions. This is what the Danish manager said.

At first I thought it was bullshit but from what I read of news related to the tournament, I have realized how genius this was. You have 26 spots so you can easily afford to let 1 of them being based on a decision not just in relation to what is being bought into the matches but as well what is being bought socially and improves your team spirit.

With that said I still would like the club to have more patience with its young players. It should be a combination.

I have nothing against him personally but he was really bad. He used to be good player but he cannot keep up anymore. If he is good at the locker room then sign him as a coach but as player he doesn't bring anything. I would much rather give youth team player a chance and I cannot see him being as bad as Kolarov.
