i dont blame him if he wants all the money we owe him. Inter gave him this contract, so they should respect it.
Exactly. Probably he accepts less if he gets a decent offer from top leagues and he probably will in August, but anyway, Inter should just pay to him if they want desperately to get rid of him immediately.

Great, I strongly suggest to Marotta to keep giving rich contracts to finished players, everybody is basically s*cking his balls everytime he signs a player which is great tbh but what the hell are these contrats we're signing?
Sanchez, Dzeko, we just signed f*cking Mkhitaryan ,who plays like a corpse already and it's only July, on a 5M deal per year for 2 years. The man is 33, if he stinks there is like no way we can get rid of him next year. All of this while we were the only club interested. How is it that without competition we still end up spending like we are signing a player wanted by everyone?
Why do we keep doing this?

The fact that we can't go for a 29 year old Dybala because this old fart thinks he is still world class...

Mkhitaryan is 5m GROSS per year. Dzeko and Sanchez are over 9m gross.

But, Sanchez is still entitled to all the money he's been promised, no matter how poor he is or is not. Sanchez deal is all the way back from the summer of 2020 (Villa Bellini episode). Conte wanted experience and this was the deal we managed to negotiate with Felicevich. All these veteran deals basically mean we end up paying more in the end of the deal than what the player's level is. That is a known fact at the signing moment. Sanchez, Vidal, Dzeko... It's the same story. But this club and the management appreciates veterans so it is what it is.

Nothing wrong with signing experienced players imo, as long as they are:
  1. useful unlike Kolarov
  2. cheap unlike Sanchez, Dzeko or Vidal
Mkhitaryan's case remains to be seen but althought those were only friendly games, it's not very reassuring to see an Inter player be this bad against Lugano.

Mkhi has a get out clause if he doesn't reach a certain amount of games. We have protected ourselves.

Yep. And I hope that'll be the final lesson for Inter to never make such deals again.

I blame him for being a bitch when he didn't get to play, because of his poor fitness no less.

What happened to the clause that allowed us to terminate his contract for 4m? I guess another media bullshit.

Personally, I feel this should be a message to our management: as a club, Inter need to stay away from veteran players with high wages. And if they want to go down that track, they should only offer 1 year contracts so the player and their contribution can be assessed come the end of the season. Inter's default position should be that management will look at a young player before they go down the veteran option road.

Sanchez stayed at Inter for a season too long and there is every chance that his pride could lead to us losing out on Dybala.

Every season, there is a piece of shit substandard player that we need to get off our books or veteran that is on too good a wicket and does not want to give it up.

It absolutely needs to change and the clown from Roma is our newest shit addition that we will not be able to shift at the end of this season.
