instead of money talk ( spaces between us )
i suggest this
your bet is 10 mil (MAX)
and i say 20 mil (MIN)
that's our bet
the looser must change his profile PIC to this one :
i_love_dick_tshirt.jpg

for 6 months maby ??

deal

I understand the risk of spending the "rumored" 20 ml on Sanchez, but how is that relevant with us being wrong in missing out Cavani. So, what you guys are suggesting here is to buy a proven world class player that plays for a top level team with same high expectations as us? Or is this only related to the price aspect? Cuz I think Cavani was available at cheaper price than Sanchez in the summer.

again, unless cavani proves to be a top dog at a top club, we will not be WRONG about cavani...

I agree with giorgg. Sanchez doesn't really assist nor score goals, but he plays a huge part in creating the chances. Like the 4-3 goal Denis scored against Milan, without Sanchesz dribbling past whoever the fuck that Milan player was(too lazy to look it up), and making a nice pass to Isla(I think) the goal never would have happened. He does those things frequently, but those things never show up when you look at his stats and shit, but those things are huge. That's why saying "he's shit" just because his stats suck isn't really fair, imo.

This is something I feel we're missing atm. Someone who can open up our play, and give players like Sneijder more room so he can successfully create a scoring opportunity. Like the Catania game, Eto'o was the only player we had who could create something by himself, and when they marked him out of the game you could see how clueless we were. With Sanchez we'd have a player who can, like I said before, open up our play by dribbling past 1, or 2 players and give players like Eto'o & Sneijder more room to do what they do. We don't have anyone who can do that atm, except maybe Coutinho, but he's still young and inconsistent, and we don't really know when he'll get back from injury. Biabiany doesn't do anything but run(without the ball) and Milito fell off the fuck off. Do you guys get what I'm trying to say?

Obviously, we shouldn't waste 25M on him, he's not worth that much. No way. But if Branca can work out something like 15-18M for him I don't see any reason to complain. We have ourselves to blame for not buying anyone in the summer.

i said this in the summer when 99% of Inter fans were all hailing coutinho like the hottest thing since sliced bread but it seems like it is not sticking in...please do think about it
we need players who have FINAL BALL QUALITY; i.e. they can score or assist. We don't need anymore "helpers". When we lost balo and you guys were celebrating, i kept pointing out that balo was a SUB who was providing 10 GOALS and 6 ASSISTS. That is what is missing. FINAL BALL QUALITY.

King Avdić;659271 said:
He would fit in that formation, kinda like how Mancini used Balo in that formation. Balo had a free roll while Eto'o plays as the main CF. And hopefully Leo doesn't use the 4-3-1-2 in CL.

you do realize balo is waaaaaaaay better than sanchez right? i cannot think about one aspect that sanchez is better..
and that balo is REALLY A FORWARD asked to play wide, rather than a wide player asked to play forward

so no, placing sanchez as a forward is not the same as placing a real forward in the forward position...lol

but one point to note. the inclusion of obi is what has me baffled personally. this guy has shown imense talent over the years and is clearly going to be one of the stars in the league in the next few years(imo). give them biabia instead!
I used to think the same way until I realised Obi will never develop when he's rotting on the bench year in year out. You can say he's missed out on alot of opportunities because of injuries but even still he is well down the pecking order in midfield... If Mariga can't even get solid minutes how does that bode for Obi and his future?? Even with the Cup game this weekend I will be surprised to see Obi play any part all. And if he isn't included in the Sanchez deal there is still talk of him being loaned to Parma...

Anyway looks like you guys can chill out most sources now saying the deal's off and Sanchez won't leave this month, but two clubs may talk again in June...

I don't where you got the idea that I wanted to get rid off Balo from...I was one of the few that kept defending him.

I'll get to the other part of your post tomorrow, it like 2am over here and I'm posting from my phone, so yeah. :p

Yes, I do realize that, and that's also why I said ''KINDA like how Mour used Balo''.

And you do realize that Sanchez plays as a forward in Udinese, right? He's playing next to Di Natale in a 3-4-1-2- formation, so it's not like he's JUST a winger.

Then work harder, biatch.

I think Sanchez is having a 'contract moment', he knows he has the chance of a lifetime and is working hard to move his way with these performances. I mean the guy is playing MUCH better as of late, kind of suspicious if you ask me...

But paying anything more than $10M is a crime. He is decent and has potential, but we can get better players in the summer with a little more money. January is always a seller's market.

For me Sanchez is a good buy. I'm not going to sit here and claim I've watched every match he's played for the last 2 years, but from what I've seen he's ready. Now as for the price, 25 mil is a lot and it would be quite the cross to bear. 18 million is where I would draw the line with perhaps half of a youngster thrown in the mix. He may not be the finished product but those of you saying his passing and finishing are non - existent are exaggerating. To me his passing is not bad, his main problem is holding onto the ball to long/knowing where on the field dribbling is okay. Example: He has this thing about dribbling in the middle of field near the half line, that shit has to stop. He's not a crosser I'll give you that but with his speed and agility he does have the ability to get the byline and cut the ball back. Contrary to popular belief he can also play a through ball. 23 is a break out year for a lot of players. (Cristiano, Cavani, Torres, Nani etc..) Sanchez at 22 is a bit of a gamble but to me one worth betting on. At his age a year of development and a big club can make all the difference. You can mold talent but you can't make it.

Let's stop for a minute. If Inter were actually willing to pay about 20 million, then the deal would be done. Clearly, they don't think he is worth that much either.

So hypothetical, let's say it was done tomorrow for 10-12 million. Now what do you guys think?

Exactly this. 10m€ for Sanchez would be a totally different story and I could quite well accept that.

And to giorgg also, we are not bashing Sanchez that he is utter crap and he can't play football. What we are basically saying is that the price asked is just way too much considering what Sanchez has showed so far. Nothing else. This is all about money and nothing else. 20m€ is a first-team price for this club.

im not that keen on sanchez, but end of the day when mercato is over, everybody is going to be singing the same tune that was sung last year.

Now i ask you guys this...would you rather get sanchez for 20m or nobody at all this mercato?? fuck me this is a tough one, especially with the squad the way it is right now!

Definitely no one. Spashing 20m€ on Sanchez would mean we won't get a starting offensive player in the summer, 100% certainity. Getting no one doesn't mean we will get someone in the summer 100% certainity but there is so much bigger chance of that to happen compared to situation where we get Sanchez now.

Indeed.

20m is alot of money, that could make a difference in the summer mercato. Signing Sanchez in some desperation move to catch up with Milan is ridiculous considering how big a gamble he is.

Save the money for the summer mercato and spend big then, far better players will be available for less or the same money.

We dont need Sanchez to finish top3 in Serie A. If we are to sign anyone, it should be some cheap substitute box striker.

yes thanks cafe and azz.....

i definately feel the same way about it. to me the economic cost of getting sanchez is way to high here. what we could forgoe in the future, should have to count for something. im actually quite fond of this maxi lopez rumour going around. if we could pick him up for 6-8 mill, that would be ideal.

its only been 2 games into leos tenure at the club, bt i think he could suite our style of play.

12m-15m I would say yes. And if they want even a bag of crisps along with that then they can go back to Udine. Thanks. With the FFP we dont have to sign players just for the sake of signing. I'm quite sure Branca will go that way.
