There was a period of time where we only allowed moderators to open new threads in the Transfers & Rumors forum because the amount of new threads was just ridiculous. Think properly before opening a new one. We trust that you will make the right judgments but if things get worse, we also won't hesitate to apply past rules.

the requirement used to be that the club had to mention a player's name, in a non-denial context, before they got a thread.
