Hey you guys! I'm following this forum for quite a while now and thought it was time for my first post!

Really thrilled of the Onana signing. As a Dutch resident (supporting Feyenoord though) i've watched a lot of his games. On his day an absolute beast. Yes he's really and i mean really good with his feet, so that would fit in nicely in our gameplan. But besides that the guy has great reflexes and positionering. He was easily a top 3 gk in the world in the 18/19 season. And he was doin' great until his absence too.

The only concern about Onana is that he hasn't played a full season in like 2 years when he's joining us. Also with Ajax he had a slow start with quite a few errors, and he's a bit wild from time to time. But if we give him time to grow, regain his form, i'm absolutely sure we have a beast of a gk for the next decade!

He probably needs time to regain his form again. He will maybe also need 6+ months in Milano to acclimate so let's not judge too soon.

Not to excuse the own goal but I wouldn't take too much stock in afcon performances. Can't recall any good performances by Sane and Salah. Just one of those things. I think only Koulibaly and Hakimi emerged unscathed
