Reminds of me Haalands post game interviews, ranges from cringey to offensive. I wouldn't read to much into this, not all players interact well with the media. Onana is obviously being defensive, but going forward he'll have to manage his emotions better. But like i said earlier, physically he's fine, it's a mental thing, could be he's just not invested in Ajax's season. Expectations will be high here, such mistakes will be heavily critiqued, Onana'll need mentoring and support from Handa and others

Onana doesn't have a bad history. Not everyone likes a camera in there face after a bad moment. That's all. He fell out with management and fans are giving him shit. Like I said, he just needs to manage his emotions better. But he's not an Icardi/Balotelli waiting to happen.

What do you mean? They only stopped supporting him after his ban and after he denied a renewal while being banned. He came back in November and that was the time the supporters were done with him.

After his mistakes and the interview above Ten Hag decided to put him in the bench the rest of the season and put in 39 year old Stekelenburg in goal according to Dutch media. He is done at Ajax and it’s a shame his spell at the club is ending like this.

Handa at certain points has been pretty bad this season and Radu still wasn’t given a shot. To me that speaks volumes.

No one will have missed it, our own goalkeeper who says he doesn't give a damn about the Ajax-supporters. Since 29 October 2021, we no longer consider Onana a Ajax fan and that was made clear in an article on the F-side website.

After the match against Sparta Onana spoke insulting words in the media about the Ajax supporters. He also did not want to celebrate the victory with his teammates, which caused visible irritation among Daley Blind and Davy Klaassen, among others. Players who have always supported him. This selfish behaviour of Onana cannot be seen separately from his very poor performance. The goalkeeper clearly does not care about Ajax and his teammates anymore and we have not cared about him for quite some time. It would therefore be logical not to see him on the pitch again for the remainder of this season.

We have contacted the Ajax board about the matter and asked them how they view it. As far as we are concerned, there is no place for Onana at Ajax anymore. We hope to receive a response from the board as soon as possible with a content that satisfies us
