This is how it looks when you have a proactive goalkeeper. He won't save it everytime, but him being there and trying so hard to not concede makes it easier for defenders to put some extra effort themselves.

Cragno is available after all...
I believe he should be Top 10 in the world right now, especially with his ball playing skill and passing accuracy (long & short), and not to forget he is a good shot stopper. He actually even showed how well he handles crossing yesterday, with all those punches. (good directions to where he punches them.)
for me, he is definitely better than Costa (his is only younger), Ederson, Sanchez, Stegen, Pickford, Martinez .....
Others are more debatable, but I think his market value is low only due to the doping history.

I am still nervous with him in goal as he already proved he can put in some absolutely top performances but also some facepalming blunders. All in all this guy for free was a no brainer.

He was almost flawless last night. Maybe I'd wish he plays a little quicker with the ball. Same applies for our defenders as well. We are way too comfortable and slow with the ball which makes it predictable for our opponents. But in overall he has been more than good enough. His presence in the pitch brings confidence and stability, but our goal-concending ratio is another thing which isn't entirely Onana's fault.
He's got his weakness and tends to rush into things at times but the guy brought exactly what we needed in Inter after Handa's decline.

He is great so far. We were very concerned what to do after Handanovic exit,but based on his performances so far he seems like adequate replacement which is huge. Imagine if we got some stinker instead..

Turning out to be some very good business from us. He’s definitely a CL level keeper, which isn’t too easy to find. I’d only consider selling him if we can secure someone like Vicario or another readymade option + big capital gain.

Shot stopping, he's world class, about as good as Handa ever was.
Handling still needs to improve. He lets easy balls slip occasionally.
Distribution is simply world class, with both feet.
But then needs a lot of improvements in decision making, communication and command of the box before he can be considered a truly world class GK.

I think this could be a good way for us to meet the financial demands of Suning. If we can somehow sell Onana for 30-40M to Chelsea, we can surely find a replacement for half of that. And any sale is pure plusvalenza.
His Transfermarkt value is only 15M, so maybe I'm being delusional. Chelsea spends money like crazy.
