We should tell Sky that Sky should be the limit for us. We still need a midfielder, I believe.
There wont be any midfielders. 7 is more than enough. It will be 8 if they dont send Agoume on loan.

I can't decide if splashing fifteen on Belotti would be a savvy business move or a complete waste of money.

Better than Scamacca, though.

I'm torn because:

1) Correa v Belotti? tbh I hate them both, but especially Belotti

2) that said, I prefer Correa because I never want to see that little child Sensi playing behind the striker ever again in my life. If Inzhangay wants to play the 3511 then we need that SS, and Correa is a far better fit than anyone else in the squad bar Sanchez, who is apparently having some unidentifiable injury crisis

3) both deals are economically pretty good, but Belotti for €15m is a great opportunity, let alone €10m + bonuses or whatever Marotta supposedly offered

4) while we need a creator or dribbler, I'm concerned that we lack physicality up front if we only take Correa

5) even if we do take Correa, he's not a like for like replacement for Sanchez who has essentially been a pure creative playmaker during his time here. I'm not as big on Sanchez as others but I don't deny that skillset is useful and otherwise lacking from the squad

Does this now depend on Sanchez's future? It would make sense to get Belotti for that price if Sanchez leaves. But having 5 of them is going to be overkill. We don't need that.

i always thought lautaro and dzeko are starters, lautaro to play little behind dzeko and that we actualy looking for backup and someone who will play to rrst dzeko...wasn't that the plan?

Sanchez isn't leaving anywhere. There is no club willing to take the risk with his salary.

I guess so, we might prefer to wait to get Belotti on free transfer although risking losing him out to more suitors. Nevertheless, I doubt Belotti would leave without letting Torino get something for him.

However, if just Sanchez is fit enough for the season and able to replicate his last season form, he could be the first choice for Inzhagi tactics.

Several seasons watching him playing us, I cannot remember anything impressive he has done. He strikes me as a Dirk Kuyt or an allrounder striker who is very industrious. His workrate would be very valuable if Inzaghi intends to employ high octane pressing in his game. What I doubt is his attacking power. He is an allrounder which can be translated as a jack of all trade master of nothing. I can see him adding the depth, but I cannot see him upgrades our frontline. It is different with Correa whose mould is very needed in Inter since Alexis keeps getting injured.

He is cool going to the bench?

our Starting Striker is Lautaro with the others being rotated.

belotti cool being 2nd or 3rd string? I mean super solid back up for 15 million

but going from starter/captain to bench seems like a bad move unless it’s to Psg or Bayern where you will prob win champions league.

just worried getting him means selling Lautaro

Don't have one.
No doubt if conte stayed, he would have been bought before correa. Think this correa belotti thing perfectly sums up different coaching philosophies of inzaghi and conte.
