Let’s remember he’s got kind of a fat salary too for his production. The price is lower then I expected, especially with some of the rumored prices being thrown around for Scamacca. However if we get a decent sell on clause and we can structure the payments to kick in immediately instead of some loan obligation bullshit it might still make sense from pure cash flow standpoint.
