Watch them closely, and tbh Toro invisibility irritated me. Atleast Pinamonti did not hide along the game, even scored goals.

PINAMONTI REVEALS CRUCIAL CONTE AND LUKAKU TIPS DURING INTER TRAINING SESSIONS

Ppinamonti-epa.jpg

Empoli striker Andrea Pinamonti insists last season at Inter ‘was not a wasted year’ and explains how he improved thanks to Antonio Conte and Romelu Lukaku’s tips.

The 22-year-old is on loan at Empoli from Inter and has scored nine goals in 29 Serie A appearances this term. He spent the last season at San Siro but struggled with playing time, managing 200 minutes across ten appearances under Antonio Conte.

However, Pinamonti believes that 2020-21 was still a positive season for him, not just because Inter won the title.
“I’ve heard so many times that I was wasting one year, but it’s not like that,” he told DAZN.
“Despite not playing regularly, I learned so much, maybe more than ever. I was aware of my choice. I knew Inter were full of champions, but my agent and I decided to stay to work with Conte. I knew he could teach me a lot.”

The Italian tactician remained in charge of the Nerazzurri for two seasons winning the first Serie A title for Inter in 11 years. He left the club by mutual agreement at the end of the campaign, signing with Tottenham at the beginning of November.
“I’ve taught a lot from the coach and the teammates,” continued Pinamonti.
“Romelu Lukaku is a good giant, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He is so calm and I have excellent memories of him. Many times we laughed together and he gave me tips.
“The most useful one is how to use the body. He kept telling me that it’s something crucial for a striker and I am trying to put it into practice this season.”

Lukaku scored 64 goals in 95 games during his two-year spell with Inter. Pinamonti will return to the Stadio Meazza at the end of the campaign. His contract with the defending Serie A champions expires in June 2024.

Scamacca 13 goals
Pinamonti 12 goals
Raspadori 9 goals

I haven't seen much of Pinamonti this season.... has he really improved enough to play as back up at Inter as some suggest? Or should we use him as a deal sweetener for Bremer?

Pinamonti has six league goals from open play in 32 matches, the vast majority of which he has started. He's not good enough.

Pinamonti will be fan favourite at Torino, Verona, Sampdoria, or Empoli.

He is good enough for mid table club. Not good enough for Lazio, Atalanta, or Fiorentina.
Any mid table club must be contact Marotta for Pinamonti, especially Torino, losing Belotti are huge for them.

It's so hard to start at Inter, the pressure so high, and of course the best thing for him is to play, not rot at our bench.
Wherever he go, i am happy to see him playing.

Tuttosport saying we value him at 35m now.

You’re goddamn right, especially if Scamacca and co. are valued at 45m.

(Don’t flame me, I know he’s ass, but it’s about time we overvalue our shite)

Tuttosport just keep making things up :yao: it`s better to ignore that "source"

Pinamonti pressing the keeper for the equalizer (guess he learned that from Icardi) and then scoring the winner against Napoli:

EDIT: Saw some comments on YouTube that Mafia is controlling the football and that Meret did that for the bets...

His price is going up! Hope we can include him in the Bremer deal (y)
I mean his value is ~25M right now while Bremer is around 25-30M, so that doesn`t seem convenient for Cairo.

I think the plan is to give Torino DiMarco (~16M) + money and sell Pinamonti to other club.

For instance, Eintracth Frankfurt has been asking information about him after this match.

Yeah I don't see any reason we shouldn't try to cash in on hype like everyone else does.
Agree with the sentiment, but in reality everyone knows Inter is in deep do do. So we are selling in a position of disadvantage, unfortunately. Moreover, Inter are akin to punters holding a weekend rummage sale other clubs will probably wait until mid August to low ball and succeed.

Empoli President Fabrizio Corsi has explained that Inter are happy with how his team have allowed striker Andrea Pinamonti to flourish this season.

Speaking to to Italian broadcaster RAI Radio, Corsi explained that Nerazzurri CEO Beppe Marotta spoke to him yesterday and complimented him on the development of the 22-year-old striker over the campaign.

Pinamonti joined newly-promoted Empoli on loan at the start of the season in search of regular playing time, having featured very little last season with the Nerazzurri.
The move has been a very good fit for the young striker, and for his club, as he has now scored twelve goals for the Tuscans including a match-winning brace against Napoli

Marotta related that Inter are happy to see how the loan spell has gone for Pinamonti and how the striker has developed as a player within the senior game, according to Corsi.
“Yesterday Marotta complimented us, he told us ‘great job with Pinamonti,'” he said. “We hope that the best option will be considered for him, that’s what interests me most.”
“He’s always had qualities, this season he has found consistency but still has room to grow because he’s a 22-year-old boy,” he added.
“For us this is essential since we buy prospects from other teams and we focus on what can be improved,” he added. “I believe that Andrea can become a top-level player.”

The post-match interview:

Nerazzurri-Owned Striker Andrea Pinamonti: “Hope My Brace For Empoli Against Napoli Can Help Inter Win Serie A”

Inter-owned striker Andrea Pinamonti is hoping that he gave his parent club a helping hand to win the Scudetto with his brace against their title rivals Napoli.

Speaking to Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, the 22-year-old expressed his hope that the goals in a 3-2 win for Empoli can be important for Inter as well, and talked about the current state of his career. Pinamonti has been thriving on loan at Empoli, having now scored twelve goals so far this season for the Tuscans.

After having been a bit-part player in the Nerazzurri senior team last campaign, his development has accelerated significantly playing for the newly-promoted team.
It remains to be seen what the future will hold for Pinamonti, with transfer interest having risen significantly for the striker who could also yet be brought back to Inter, but for now he is enjoying the progress that he’s making.

He is aware that Inter CEO Beppe Marotta conveyed his compliments to Empoli CEO Fabrizio Corsi, stating that “After the game he took me aside and told me.”
“This flattered me, and then other messages arrived that also made me very happy,” he explained. “President Zhang and Sporting Director Ausilio messaged me, which was really exciting.”
“I answered them both with the same thing,” he added, “‘I hope this brace can prove to be important in helping Inter win the Scudetto again.'”

“Skriniar also called me and he was also angry because I didn’t respond immediately,” he joked, “but I was still in the locker room.”
“I have a very strong relationship with Milan,” he added, “he really cares about me.”
“Then the likes of Bastoni, Barella, Perisic, Darmian messaged me,” he added. “I’m fortunate to have created strong bonds, we often hear from each other even if we’re no longer close.”

On how his season has gone, Pinamonti reflected that “At the start I wanted to at least equal my five-goal record for a season, then I started chasing the double figures during the season.”
“I’m someone who looks at the facts and thinks step by step,”he continued, “I wanted the five goals, but inside I knew that the bar it could have been raised higher. I did it and I feel gratified.”

After the match against Napoli he felt elated, stating that “When you think of a perfect day you imagine a Sunday like that, a match like that.”
Of his relationship with Empoli coach Aurelio Andreazzoli he said that “When a certain relationship is forged between a player and manager, only good things can come. It allows you to grow without pressure.”

On transfer interest in him, Pinamonti said that “Knowing that I have admirers in Italy and abroad encourages me to do more and more to ensure that the number of clubs involved increases.”
“Then I’ll have more choice when it comes to deciding my future,” he added.
As to his goal, the striker said “To become an important player in a top team.”
“Without taking anything away from Empoli, to whom I will always be grateful for the opportunity they’ve given me to prove myself,” he added.
“But inside of me I know that my goal is to continue growing and aspire to the highest level,” he added, “as a protagonist, however, no longer as an extra.”

Very mature interview, I see a bright future for this man. Hope we`ll include a buy-back clause for him, he should regularly play and perhaps one day he will be ready to start.
