now that scamacca went to West Han, you can expect Sassuolo pushing hard for him... But he prefers Atalanta, who would also have to sell a striker first.... I just want this to be over soon.

Don't have one.
I don't see Pinamonti accepting a move to Salernitana.
That's the latest news, everything is finished between us and salernitana, they only need yes from a player.

I don't think he will accept it tbh, if he refused monza who looks like a more promising team ambition wise, than he will refuse lotito side project team.

Cds saying Inter and Salernintana have reached am agreement for 20M.

Lol

SALERNITANA PICK PINAMONTI, DROP MAUPAY AND PIATEK

Despite the renewed Sassuolo interest, Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti is on the verge of joining Salernitana, which could block Krzysztof Piatek and Neal Maupay.

Salernitana made no secret of their desire to completely revamp the front line after narrowly escaping relegation last season.

Under new President Danilo Iervolino, they are determined to pack the squad with quality this term for coach Davide Nicola.

Federico Bonazzoli is already on his way back from Sampdoria after an initial loan spell.

There is one more place to fill and it would appear to be going to Pinamonti, as Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and more all report a deal is close for €20m.
Inter will retain a buy-back option on the centre-forward, something Sassuolo and Monza were not prepared to give.

That would mean Salernitana cutting short their negotiations for other targets, such as Brighton and Hove Albion striker Maupay and Piatek of Hertha Berlin.
Seems that we`ll have buy-back clause which is great. Now let`s see if he wants to go there instead of Atalanta (his choice).

Reading some reports about Salernitana going for Rovella and Mertens. Add Pinamonti in there and that's not a bad team.

With Monza spending like they are, teams like Spezia and Samp will have to be very careful. Lecce and Cremonese look relatively surefire candidates for relegation.

Cremonese almost a guarantee to go down. Doria haven’t done much either this mercato and they were quite shit last season. Then and Lecce seem the highest probability to be relegated.

Anyway I think Pina is holding out for Atalanta so I doubt he says yes to this even though it’d be good for us and probably him as he’d most likely be a guaranteed starter in Salerno.

Issues with Salernitana:

A) They might go down: Pinamonti doesn't wanna go to Serie B. So he needs a relegation protection clause to his contract

B) Salerno is so south: Does Pinamonti really wanna go there? He's been at North/Middle some time already

Seems like this boy has made his mind and is pushing for Atalanta move? Maybe this is the reason his departure has taken so long? Problem is just that Atalanta are offering lower fee than what our managment is asking. I saw some reports that Atalanta is also waiting to find Muriel a new club before moving to Pina?

It seems that Monza also did not have high enough offer to convince our managment and maybe Pina too? Galliani said that the price tag is a bit high, when he was asked about Pinamonti?

Then Inter should valuate Pina for 25-30M€ and everyone will be happy.

we don't have 10-15 million to buy a player..... so unless its an even swap wouldn't happen

Cash flow issues aside, getting 25-30 valuation for Pinamonti is better than 20 in cash.

Aside from the book value of the players, which will increase amortization costs, both teams would make more capital gains and almost same amount of cash would be realistically exchanged.

I don’t see any downside to agreeing to these terms!
