Well, i wouldn't call it "having balls" to field a youngster in his first Serie A match, as starter, against this Milan :work:
I would call it just stupid.

Let me put it this way - I prefer the 'unknown' that Mbaye as a CB puts than the known Chivu/Silvestre put.

people tend to forget what happened two years ago when Chivu was played as a CB against bb.
I say 10 out of 10 Times I prefer Mbaye over any of silvestre or chivu as cb. not so sure about Chuchu.

Let's put it this way playing Mbaye is a BIG gamble, one that you'll probably lose, you have less 10% chance of winning that gamble.

On the other hand playing any of Chivu, Cambiasso or Silvestre (he's injured anyways) is more like trowing your money away... actually is more like burning it.

Also you're wrong Mbaye is actually a CB, we've been playing him as a FB I guess because of his speed, and lately he has been playing as a DM not even as a FB.

He virtually never plays CB for the primavera, so what exactly makes him a CB? Where he played 2 years ago? Asking some hot headed teenager with virtually zero senior team experience to play a position he never plays in, in the derby. Give me a break.

Chivu & Cambaisso are underwhelming options at CB, but they're still far better options than Mbaye, and it's not close.

Maybe he did, i dont follow prmavera this year much since i dont think they are much good and interesting to watch (only in NextGen). But still has player much more as full back. On that age, he can play everywhere, so...

I really don't know if he's a CB on PES/FIFA. In Interfans there was an article about him where it said he was a CB, he's also listed like a CB in Transfermarkt. And no he has played as a CB more than once, it was only last season where he played primarily as a LB.

mbaye has played once or twice this season as a CB, and once as a CM. That's all. The inter.it listings are wrong - we play Paramatti and Pasa at CB, and Zaro and Paramatti at CB in the 2nd match.

This guy is overrated. Juan is a better defender than him, me thinks. Too slow and inconsistent. A lot of goals come because of his fuck ups.
