And please put Alvarez on the pitch more. Today he was pretty good, took a few risky runs against tired legs, but did not fuck up.

Also, give Guaro some rest. He plays every game, and runs all over the pitch every game...just, give him a day off or something. I'd rather see him play against Milan than Fiorentina...

It looks like finally Strama pulled out his head out of his ass.

Nope, still too much of it stayed in. Does he even know how many forwards we have? Does he even know about Ricky on the bench? :awyeah:

It's time to get some points back, that we lost needlessly.

I think strama did a good job with this squad.

With our key player injured a lot,
And didn't have any alternative in front line.
Only have 1 point gap to CL spot.

I can't think any coach with 800k salary will do that..

Let`s see how it`s going to work without Milito. This is quite another injury crisis test for Strama.

On another note, I think Strama should play Kvacic in a more advanced role. he is ok defensively but already have got more players to play in that role, we need someone upfront behind the strikers abit. I think Guarin should switch roles with Kovacic.

I finally want constancy on our bench and I would support that we keep Strama. Look would he achieved so far, he gave Rano his confidence back, gave Juan a real try and even switch the formation for him because he would have risked his head, if he let Il Muro sit on the bench. Some of our youngsters get quite a lot chances like Livaja and Benassi and even Guarin has grown a lot because of him. This is my opinion, but at least those names players grew a lot in Strama's time. If you want to contribute this to Strama or to their own individual class is your choice. But I contribute this to Strama, therefore: Forza Strama.

Transfer Guru
If Strama can get some good results without trolling in the next few games, then he would stay and be welcome.

But if not, Simeone would be an excellent choice.

I love Simeone, but I would give Strama and this project its due time... IMO Strama should get at least another 18 months to prove his worth, and the progress of his project. It would be silly to have gone down this path, only to abandon it midway. But unfortunately, it would also be so like Inter, and Moronatti, to do just that.

I can almost guess what will happen, a peak into the future... Strama gets sacked this summer, and Moronatti will hail the dawn of a new era for Inter with Simeone.... Simeone's first demand would be that he has no use of a DLP like Kovacic, and instead wants a proven trequartista like Sneijder... Inter will sell Guarin/Kovacic, and buy a trequartista... many other players will be changed, to suit the new tactics. Midway through the season, Inter will experience a poor dip in form, probably due to players being completely confused by the 7th change in strategy/tactics in 4 years... pressure will mount up on Simeone. Then someone better will become available, perhaps a Prandelli or a Spalletti... Moronatti will opt for yet another "fresh" start... Prandelli will be hailed as the new saviour, the start of a new era. His first transfer request will be to get a DLP like Kovacic, as he has no use of the trequartista... and the cycle begins again, one step forward, two steps back.

(please note, the above names of players and coaches are just for example to illustrate a point, nothing to do with their actual preferences)

We have seen this story being played out so many times before at Inter. Guys, be careful of what you wish for... it may come true... to haunt you.

I just want continuity. Strama is a smart, young manager and is doing well for someone of his age and experience. He will improve with time, and the longer he stays, the better chance Inter have of a successful cycle in the near future.

It's annoying to read about comments from a former agent of Walter Mazzarri, stating (in the middle of the season) that it's almost certain he will be replacing Strama at seasons end.

Although, I personally wouldn't mind Walter.

If people want more structure to their team, Walter Mazzarri isnt your man. I personaly think he is hughley overrated, the Arry Redknapp of italy

Even if you dislike Mazzari or don't rate him, don't shame him by comparing him to Redknapp :palm:

Mazzari is nothing more then the next "Hector Cuper".
He can shape teams, he can organize team-play but he has 0 winning mentality.
He was kicked out by chealsy last year because he was a chicken in the 2nd match . Ffs he played a inter-sampdoria with 11-9 players for 60+ minutes and he didn't take one fucking risk.
